had one several years ago used it until it died so impressed I bought another one after having the terrible experience of buying one from Currys/PC World. easy to set up and use Refreshed by us is a company I would use and use again and recommend to anyone as Excellent

Good service, fast delivery & good Laptop

Quick easy and simple process from start to finish.

Delivery was quick and I was kept well informed. My Mac arrived in good working order, very clean and very well packaged for transport. I have no complaints whatsoever.

My computer is now polluted with flashing screens. Why would I want to buy more.

The item was unfortunately damaged in transit, and I contacted RefreshedByUs immediately. They quickly responded and had a replacement delivered the very next day. To say I was impressed would be an understatement.

I have made several purchases and have always been very pleased with my purchases. The purchasing process is easy, as is changing the configuration to my requirements. The condition of the laptop has always been very good and I've had no problem completing the setup. Items arrive as promised and are well packaged.

Phoned up, spoke to a very helpful guy who walked me through the website and directed me to a couple of options which best suited my needs. Placed my order and two days later a laptop arrived in better condition than I expected.
