We were denied any compensation for our delay by BA, even though the account given by their pilot on the day contradicted them. We asked Refundmore to take it on and thanks to their persistence we have now received a substantial refund more than three years later. In our opinion they earned every penny of their commission!

Would absolutely recommend, 3 couples travelled . My claim was completely in 6 weeks , the other couple have tried Qatar direct since 11/25 no joy, the other couple used a different claim company since jan 26 still no joy. Thank you

I was dubious at first but what an outcome! My Mum and I travelled in 2023 and were told our flight home had been cancelled. With no help from the airport in our destination, it came down to us to sort out our fights home with a different airline. Almost 3 years later we’ve received our refund plus extra compensation on top. Very happy.

Great service - clear and timely communication, timely updates, money was on my account just as they stated it will be.

Professional & prompt service. Kept up to date with progress made. I was a little suspicious when bank details were requested but Refundmore turned out to be genuine. Compensation paid very quickly once details provided.

Was kept updated at every stage, unfortunately my claim was unsuccessful due to the delay being delayed due to a bird strike. Would definitely recommend and will use again if the need arises.

I had filed a claim for a missed connection dating back to 2022 on June 2024. I wasn't really expecting victory or even hoping Refundmore were seriously still following up such an old case after all these years. But in March 2026 they won the case via court in my behalf and offered me the compensation. Highly impresssed!
