My buyers said they wanted the house but it took 9 months to exchange contracts. If it had not been for Paula the sale would not have gone through. She acted as a go between me and the buyers and gave them assurance all the way along. All the staff were great and I cannot thank them enough. Would recommend them

I recently entrusted Regan & Hallworth with selling my property after it had been sitting on the market for months with a previous agent, with absolutely no results. Within just a few weeks of handing the property to them, they successfully achieved a sale – a testament to their professionalism, expertise, and proactive approach.

I would definitely highly recommend this company. I had my house up for sale with a different agent for a long time and was very unhappy with the way that they were dealing with things. I contacted Regan and Hallworth and they managed to sell my property within 3 weeks! I I received a high-level of viewings prior to receiving an offer.The difference truly was amazing. They are highly professional and the staff are very experienced and also super friendly and approachable.I also found them great at communicating promptly which iş important. They are great at maximising your properties potential and the way they photograph it and the effort they put into the property description truly is exceptional.

I would have no hesitation in using Regan & Hallworth again for selling my home. Despite for sale/sold signs never going up, my property was sold within days and exceeded the asking price. I have had both experiences with Regan and Hallworth; buying a property through them, and renting my property through them a year later, and have found them to be on the ball and organised. Shout out to Jane Ruddy and Paula in sales, and Laura in Lettings. Swift replies, organised and trustworthy. Really taken the hassle out of letting my property and they found me a great tenant in a matter of days. Very impressed and happy to recommend.

Jane Ruddy is one of the best agents I have ever dealt with. Her patience, and professionalism extends far! It took almost a year for this sale to go through, and I would sometimes call Jane on a daily basis and she would never complain. Jane, alongside the team were always very nice and up to help with any question I had.

If you're considering listing your property, or perhaps buying, I would highly recommend Regan & Hallworth.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Chronically ill tenants had asked to have their door repaired for months, but it was to no avail; if that's the standards of Regan & Hallworth, then you'd be far better suited looking elsewhere.

Left good friends of mine, both of whom live with disabilities, in an insecure and unsafe property. Issues persisted after tenancy ended and have not been addressed.

I would like it if the estate agency could answer to the alleged state of the property in Wigan. ACORN members Lizzy and Roxy have reported they lived without a lock on the front door for 6 months. Does the agent think this an acceptable way to live? Do they plan to rectify the situation?

I lived in a property for 2 years, and almost 6 months the back door did not lock, or even close properly.

I tried and tried to get the landlord to fix it.

Regan & Hallworth being the letting agent meant i went via them. I emailed constantly begging it to get fixed. It was freezing cold all the time, and also an unsafe area with break ins in the community a lot (facebook community group asking for ring doorbell footage almost daily!)

it was scary and very stressful.

R&H just said they would contact the landlord.

This is not good enough. Why would they work with a landlord willing to let me live in an unsafe property?

If it was them in a house with no locked back door then i bet they wouldnt like to be there for 6 MONTHS feeling unsafe.

So disappointing.

EDIT: R&H have responded to this complaint and experience with astonishing lies. For the full time that I was a tenant in this property, they were the agency managing the property. I have full email threads to prove this fact and i am absolutely in shock that they would respond two years later with these lies to try to save face on a hugely neglectful and quite disgraceful handing of a very traumatic time.
