My experience with Regan happened back in 2019. I joined one of her programs for 1 weekend and paid 5000$. I didn't have the money myself but because they offered plans I took one to pay it in a year. I thought I would learn so much and as they told me, with everything I would learn I would be able to get a return on investment in only a few months...
If I only had known... they didn't teach me absolutely anything that I didn't already know. It was total basic knowledge. On top of that it was supposed to be a very special weekend because we would get to know Regan Hillier herself. Well, she came for only a few hours and was totally disconnected from us. She showed 0 interest in knowing a bit more about the people who were in that room... When it finished I was very disappointed, I felt deceived, dumb to be in debt for a weekend that didn't teach me anything, and my perception of her went to the floor. I talked with other people who also went to this course and they had the same impression I did.

I joined MMM as a gold member and then upgraded to platinum.
I felt completely unsupported in this program and such a disconnect.
I really liked Regan and was a huge fan before I joined MMM but now my perception of her and her work has completely changed.

In January 2022 I started Regan Hillyer’s 12 months MMM business online coaching program as a Gold member. I have been following her on social media for a period and it sounded promising from her way of market it and I really felt the need to invest in an extraordinary business coach to take me to the next level. So, even though the price was exorbitant, I decided to consider it an extraordinary investment in my multiple businesses and went along with it.

Not long into the program, I got disappointed with both the form and content of the program. Through my many years as a business owner, I have worked with several business coaches – also online. My previous experience with online coaching has been of very high quality with coaches showing up and using their unique qualities and skills to facilitate powerful and engaging group processes showing a real interest in getting to know their customers and supporting them the best possible way in their growth… From these processes I still have gotten a strong network and valuable knowledge and skills to run my business.

Paying a lot more for Regan’s coahcing, I guess, I was expecting the same interest and connection within the given frame… but instead I very early on experienced a lack of commitment to the group only showing up with an emoji here and a short reply to a question there and for a period in March/April she left the group almost a month with no connection because of a group travel somewhere else. After this period, I asked the support team whether I could get a refund both because of my disappointment with the group process but also the live calls – they were almost an even more disconnecting experience… I knew, it was a long shot to get a refund, and it was… because very intelligently she has put all liability for the result of the program on the customer… leaving every complaint or bad experience to be a question about the customer and not the service provided… in my case, my lack of commitment…

So, I gave my investment another go and committed to it… again… now it is October, and I am officially still a part of the program but it is a couple of months since I gave up on it and considered the investment a loss… as I was reflecting on what to learn from this…
I realized that another time with such a big amount of money, I would check Trust pilot for reviews… as I realized this, I went to see, if there was any review and there were none… Therefore, I decided to write this one. For other people to read in the future… because if it seems too good to be true – most likely it is… as it was in this case!

Well, like with all things in life, I have learnt a lot from this experience, but it was just not the things that I expected. As Regan call the group “fam” to indicate that we are one big family, I will end this review in describing what kind of family, I experienced as a gold member… To me, it was more a dysfunctional family where the parents were out most of the time working and having fun with other people around the world. The older kids – platinum members - would go along with the parents, while leaving the younger kids (gold members) home to do their homework and duties and make it work on their own with the MMM support team as babysitters… This was not a family of my taste…
