You are the best clinic all over the world!!!

Overall everyone is friendly and helpful. We always wait a bit before the dr comes in the room, but he's always willing to spend time answering questions and offering suggestions/ideas for me to try. I like that he never seems like he's in a hurry.

Great team, and great results. My shoulder feel better than they have in 20 years!!

I have been twice to this facility and on both occasions everything has been great. The staff, the service were excellent.

The Doctor & staff were wonderful. My knee is doing better but now that I'm not taking Meloxicam I would say its only 70-75% better. When I was on Meloxicam it was more like 80%. I thought they would reach out since it's not even been a year but they haven't again. I last spoke in April to them. He spoke about a booster (plasma) but haven't heard anymore about it. I will say, you definitely need more time off work than I was told. I explained to them I am on my feet ALL day. I had to change my return date several times. Hind sight, I should have waited 3 more weeks. It was tough to go back and try to work.

I have always thought the highest of dr Markle and the Regenexx experience! The results with my knee are good, never great, and doesn't last as long as I'd like.

Expected a call to discuss doctor ordered radiology results instead of just filing.

Dr. Markle has always been responsive both pre and post surgery which is comforting being that I do not live local to the office. He explained everything in detail and is very reassuring and knowledgeable.

I like that Regenexx keeps a comprehensive database of their results, so that the actual improvement and benefits for each procedure are transparent. Dr. Garcia and staff are professional and a pleasure to work with.

Positive, caring attitudes towards the patient makes the patient feel comfortable and less nervous about the procedure. The follow-up to make sure all is well with the patient helps a lot (makes one feel like they really care). All the readily available information about the procedure is great for helping to understand what will occur before, during and after the procedure.

Overall everything was good. The 4 stars was that this treatment I was prepped and ready but had to wait a bit for the treatment to begin. It was not a comfortable position and I couldn’t be given any meds yet. So waiting there created some anxiety and discomfort. As soon as the doctor came in things moved fast. Just the waiting this time was a little longer than comfortable.

I am very impressed with the staff and Dr Pappas. I am sold on the regenexx process for applicable conditions. My left hip tendon tear and rotator cuff tear has essentially been restored 100%. I continue to use prp injections for my arthritic lower back.
