I’ve been using RehabGuru for my clinic for over 3 years now and it’s a game changer. Everything you need in one platform, at an affordable price. Easy to add team members and offers them their own platform so it’s a simple and seamless process for the clinic owner. Would highly recommend.

I have been using Rehab Guru for over a year now and honestly I love using this software. I used different software before but it jsut wasnt working for me.

Rehab Guru truly is an integrated system that allows multiple facets of a practice/business to come together. It helps to be able to subscribe to the features you require, rather than paying for the entire software and only end up not using all the features.
They continue to upgrade Rehab Guru and add new features based on client feedback. Rehab Guru is easy to use, easy to understand and ultimately makes my admin work so much more efficient. The way the software works is very useful to a rehab / movement specialist.

Features I appreciate the most is the customisable forms / questionnaires, exercise prescription function and the ease of develpoing a personalised program as well as the appointment system with automatic emails being sent to patients as reminders.

Their tech team responds online or via email and usually within a few hours, which is a rare find these days. They are diligent and very helpful.

Ultimately, I love using Rehab Guru in my medical practice and so do my co-workers. We have recommended Rehab Guru to other movement specialists in our area and they couldn't be more grateful. We highly recommend Rehab Guru to all movement specialists.

I'm using Rehab Guru to create and securely store client assessments and notes and generate home exercise programs. This is super easy to use, provides my clients with easy to follow prescriptions in a variety of formats - which they all love.
Any queries I have had have been dealt with promptly and professionally. I have received personal responses followed with a video message to walk me through the steps needed to achieve what I need from the program.

Simon and David helped me in no time when I had a small issue with adding the booking system into my website (if you have Wix you might encounter the same thing, but it took literally a day to sort it out!).

You can book a 1:1 tour of the software in case you have questions, however it is all very very user friendly and can be highly personalised.

Super happy with Rehab guru!

Rehab guru has a very easy and accessible way to prescribe exercises with a user friendly interface. Great Administratior settings that allow the managment (adding/removal) of up to 50 accounts, this is great for having large regional teams of therapists that may come and go at short notice. It also allows for the tracking of prescriptions (patient feedback) and sharing of exercise templates which is great for team integration.

Decided to trial Rehabguru as I was setting up an online physiotherapy service. I needed all the options they offer. There have been no problems at all, the exercise templates and ability to make your own is fantastic. The patient notes section is perfect. Any questions or requests have been answered swiftly and I will be signing up properly after the trial as it is all I need in 1 pefect package.

I have taken to using rehab guru with easy, and the early feed back from my clients are all positive.

The use of creating my own electronic forms, and questionnaires to send to clients has;
-reduce the amount of wasted time printing and filling out forms.
-Enabled client to complete records accurately in there comfort

Which in turn helps to focus on the clients primary concern - not can they remember there postcode or mobile number.

I've had some questions in utilising rehab guru to its greatest effect, and all have been answered and supported with a professional and speedy response.

I signed up for Rehab Guru because I needed exercise prescription as well as notes and I love that you can customise your subscription according to your needs. The exercise prescription software is brilliant and my clients also really appreciate it. There's a wide range of exercises and it's also easy to create your own. The notes aspect is perfect - exactly what I need and easy to set up customised forms and templates. The customer service is second to none. Any questions or small issues I've had have been resolved extremely quickly. The team are very responsive, genuinely keen to help and they take any feedback on board. I was a bit anxious about the set up and importing all my notes and clients, but they talked me through it step by step and made sure I understood how everything worked. I will happily recommend them to anyone looking for exercise prescription software that offers much more for a very reasonable price.

I started using RehabGuru at the start of covid lockdown to help with our virtual consultations and send patient exercises. Uploading my own was so easy and bespoke for my patients and they loved it. Now we are seeing patients face to face, we are using rehab guru to not only send patients their exercise programmes but also treatment summaries. These sync directly into our clinical notes on Cliniko meaning its saving us loads of time, as well as making our clinical interactions more meaningful for patients. I’m sure it has contributed to our recent patient satisfaction survey net promoter scores reaching sky high. Thank you. I have been using RehabGuru since the start of the COVID pandemic and it really has helped me push my business forward on all fronts.

Telehealth was something I was skeptical about going into the future but the team at RehabGuru has really given me the confidence to make sure that my clients are getting the best service possible.

Während der ersten Corona Welle habe ich ein Tool bzw. eine Software für Telehealth oder
Videotherapie gesucht. Gefunden habe ich Rehabguru. Eine Software, welche mir als Physio und
Athletiktrainer keine Wünsche offen lässt. 1000e von Übungen. Für jeden Bedarf. Falls man doch mal eine andere haben möchte, was nur selten vorkommt, kann man eigene Übungen kreieren. Diese dann wiederum in das Programm integrieren. Das Programm lässt einem jede Menge Freiheiten. Die Sprache stellt bisher absolut kein Hindernis dar. Alles was zusätzlich zu sagen ist, schreibe ich entweder in die sog. Prescription Notes oder direkt in die Übungsbeschreibung rein.
Ganz besonders gefallen mir die Models. So gibt es z.B. auch Übungen für ältere Leute. Diese werden nicht von durchgestylten Barbies und Kens dargestellt. Sondern eben auch von älteren Personen. Auch die anderen Models und Übungen sind klasse.
Der Service bzw. die Unterstützung ist topp. Fragen per Mail werden absolut schnell und unmissversändlich beantwortet.
Das oben angesprochene Telehealth funktioniert natürlich auch bestens und sehr einfach.
RehabGuru kann ich für den Physio- und Athletiktrainerbereich uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Great Product, very easy to use, and very friendly top shelf customer service. Very useful for physical therapists and saves me time. Can customize to my program preference or use a large library of custom templates. Highly recommend it 👍🏻

Very easy and accessible way to prescribe exercises, with a great variety and super neat and clear exercise videos and pictures. I love that there is a lot of flexibility built into the software, in that you can change descriptions, set and change exercise loads and dosage, upload your own exercises save templates and add your own branding. My patients' feedback since I switched over to Rehab Guru has been overwhelmingly positive, and the amount of time that I save in setting up rehab programs is a breath of fresh air.

I used the Rehab Guru Client App to follow exercises prescribed for my back. It was very intuitive and easy to use. The videos were clear and easy to follow, most importantly the exercises worked to relive the pain with a few days.

I started using Rehab Guru during the recent Covid-19 period, a time when I was forced to very quickly upgrade to electronic health records and the software to support this. Simon & David at Rehab Guru have both been extremely understanding of my personal technology struggles (i.e. lack of experience) and gone above and beyond to get me comfortable with the platform and also Rehab Guru's integrations with other platforms that I am using. Their personal support is second to none, despite also having a fantastic library of tutorials to help through every aspect of setting up this platform for my clinic. I am excited to be able to offer exercise support via the app to my patients and so far every one has loved it.

This is clear, easy for patients and clinicians to use and I love how easy it is to make your own exercise programme for patients. And great value compared to similar products.
