Don't ever subscribe to their monthly service. I've emailed them repeatedly to stop my subscription and while they say they have cancelled it, they keep trying to charge my card. Thankfully I was prudent to leave very few money on it.
Also they bombard you with constant emails every day. I had to unsubscribe three times to get them to stop.
Stay away.
I ordered a reading and sketch of my soul mate. To be honest the sketch didn’t seem realistic to me, and the reading I had sent to me I didn’t even understand it so £32.84 paid for nothing, I asked for a full refund and they gave me only £22.36 and kept the remaining £10 they still owe me! So I will report to my bank now and hope I can get the rest back.
Thankfully I unsubscribed from receiving their generic emails all the time. I don’t think these people are honest and genuine, they just want people’s money. The fact that there’s only a few reviews on them says it all. I’m not the only one who has been scammed. Companies like this should be banned seriously. It’s not good, especially if people believe the information they tell you.
This site is absolutely horrible when it comes to readings. I keep asking them not to send me anymore repeat videos from Megan and they do. Megan is horrible and I think she fake as hell. They take your money and then send you repeat videos. I believe Jules is a legit psychic. Folks don't waste your money because I've wasted a lot of my with never getting any clarity
They sneakly charge you unwanted monthly subscription service and the only way to unsubscribe to that is to email them. Once charged, they will never ever refund your money regardless whether you used their service or not which is clearly against their 60 days refund policy.
It's scam, AI generated generic words pretending to be true. I used it for fun as I got 80% discount coupon just to see how fake it is but I got hit by the unwanted charge and they refused by telling me "o well, you better be careful with your choice next time".
Who the hell you think you are to lecture innocent buyers? This sounds like a professional thief telling victims "well, you gotta be careful next time". Stay away. They all have 1 of 5 stars on BBB, etc. Reviews. I m escalating the situation and let my Mastercard fraud division take care of this.
Don't sign up for their emails. I signed up for their emails Megan told me threw the emails that I would get him back. Then when I actually did reading with her found out it was nothing but lie. She told me something completely different. I had no support from her. So I will just find someone who does believe me. Either that I will find out on my own.
Generalised reading - absolutely not tailored to you. Mass produced. Once you sign up you receive multiple emails per day. For the price you pay you could visit a proper clairvoyant and have a personalised reading. Says money back if not happy - but if you request a refund you will not receive it! Scammers
Fraud service and massive invasion and harassment of email privacy. Once you are subscribed you cannot unsubscribe.
