I would make the score a negative score if I could. I did the trial but decided I did not like the job choices; so I cancelled. The company has now charged me $49.95 in September and October. I contacted them through the website and Facebook after the initial charge and did not receive a response. I just now messaged them again.

The 3 jobs that I was interested in and looked up directly on their website were 1) one job was filled and expired weeks ago 2) one job was hybrid and nowhere near me and 3) one job was completely onsite and not remote at all. This website is highly inaccurate, don't waste your time.

If you look at every single comment, this company clearly signs you up without your actual permission, they rely on you to not read small print and you’re not getting what you originally thought you signed up for. This is scummy. I’m filing fraud w my bank, showing proof that I requested a refund, and then sending to BBB. They clearly don’t care, because they’re doing this to a lot of people, which you can see by the comments.

I never signed up for this, I’m very cautious about canceling a service if I use a free trial, and especially if I do not like the service.

Hello, I signed up for the first three days however, I NEVER agreed to a subscription and the money taken out of my account needs to be replenished and reimbursed ASAP

Website is a SCAM. DO NOT PURCHASE. They refuse to reimburse their “14 day money back gaurantee” after only 2 hours of use. I easily could see the same day they have limited job postings and they all link to postings on indeed or other sites you can more easily find yourself.

$3 they couldn’t reimburse tells me they care more about scamming people then providing a valuable product.

Other sites will offer the same job links, be more up to date and have a search engine that might have jobs even remotely close to where you search.

Update: Please ignore their comment. I emailed them three separate times for them to “review” my specific situation. Regardless of how I worded my questions they kept dodging and sending the same email back. It’s cute their efforts to save face in the comment below but they don’t review your situation.

I was stupid enough to click on the agree to taking $70aud 3 days later at a time when I could least afford it. The response I got was generic and I would imagine no human ever saw my initial email. As is unfortunately increasingly true, zero customer service. Money grab with no substance. Stay away unless you want to donate to their bank accounts with no transaction ever taking place.

They took my money off of my card 49.95 today this is unauthorized I cancelled the subscription. This money was meant to pay a utility bill and now I can't because they took my money. How do I get my money back I when there is no one to talk to for this site

Never signed with them they tried charging me $49.59 for service!! They are thieves!! Stay away!!!!

The website and job listings are real. My issue is with how the subscription and cancellation process was handled and, in my experience, how poorly the consequences of canceling were disclosed.

I purchased their advertised $2.95 “3-day Full Access” offer. After searching for about 20 minutes, I realized the service wasn’t what I expected. Most of the positions I was finding were hybrid or location-specific, and I found very few fully remote opportunities relevant to what I was looking for.

Because of that, I canceled so I would not automatically renew at $49.95. I wasn’t asking for my $2.95 back at that point. I simply expected to use the remainder of the three days I had already paid for.

Instead, my access was immediately terminated.

When I contacted customer service, I was told that because I canceled, my access was discontinued and that I would need to purchase another subscription to regain access. They also told me the $2.95 fee was nonrefundable.

This is where I have a serious problem. If the $2.95 is nonrefundable because I purchased three days of access, then I should receive the three days I purchased.

Customer service referred me to their Terms and Conditions, so I went back and read them. I could not find language stating that canceling the subscription causes customers to immediately forfeit the remaining days of access they have already paid for. Their checkout page advertised “3-day Full Access,” “You’ll only be charged $2.95 for your 3 days,” and “Cancel anytime.” I also could not find a clear warning on the checkout screen that canceling would immediately terminate my paid access.

In fact, the Terms I reviewed explain that customers need to cancel before the initial trial period ends to avoid the subsequent membership charge. That is exactly why I canceled.

Had I been allowed to continue using the remaining time I purchased, I may have found additional positions that interested me and ultimately decided the service was worth renewing. Instead, I received approximately 20 minutes of a three-day purchase and was then told I would have to pay again if I wanted access.

It’s only $2.95, but the amount isn’t the point. If a customer pays for a specific period of access, either provide that paid period or clearly disclose before purchase that canceling the renewal will immediately terminate any remaining prepaid access.

And if this same cancellation policy applies to longer prepaid plans, I think it is especially important that customers understand exactly what happens to their remaining paid access before purchasing or canceling.

All the jobs were hybrid and there was none in my state (NY). Then they tried charging me $49.95 when it specifically said it was only $3 for 3 days and I wouldn’t be charged after unless I chose to upgrade. I never upgraded by they charged my card anyway and my bank flagged it as a scam as previous customers had the same issue.

This website couldn't be more fraudulent & scandalous. It offers at 3 day trial, a 30 day trial, etc. I opted for the 30 day trial for $7.00.
I was immediately charged $95.95. I reached out SEVERAL times. With no luck
There's no phone number of course. And no one responded to any of my many emails. Stay away unless you have money to throw away.

I paid for a 3 day access. To my suprise, no emails or password changes have been answered. This is beginning to look like another scam. Pleawe do not waste your time or money as they will not answer anything that you send. Buyer Beware
