After reading some good reviews I tried Ren aha tonic for weeks now and it caused my face to come out in spots. Was time to give it 2 weeks it would settle but it hasn't. Wouldn't recommend
Exceptional products. Grab them while you still can. And shame on Unilever for discontinuing the brand to make rich shareholders richer
I've used many of the REN products over the years. Each and every one has been exceptional, and *more* than delivered. REN's Customer Service team mirrors the products. The CEOs of the Unilever corporation, and their shareholders, however, have decided that although this magnificent range unfailingly runs at a profit, the fact that it doesn't run at as *large* a profit as Unilever's lesser, crappier (cheaper to produce) products is reason to discontinue it. "Well, we *could* keep a superior product available and make $X, or we could force people to use our crappier products by removing the superior one and make $XXX!" And so, some time before the end of 2025, the magnificent REN range will cease to be, so that yet another portion of the humans steering the planet into the abyss can be even richer still. Remember that film, Eat The Rich? It's time to start. But first, grab this exceptional range while you can, and hope that someone new steps into the breach and *doesn't sell* to yet another group of (mostly) amoral men.

Disappointing customer care
I have been shocked by my recent experience with REN Skincare customer service. I purchased an expensive order for several products, which included a 'gift duo bag', intended to be given as a gift. When the order arrived that particular item's packaging was damaged as other products had been packed on top of it. I wrote to REN immediately after opening the parcel and viewing te damage, asking for a swap of that product.
Their customer service agent wrote back, first suggesting that I remove the damaged packaging and give the gift anyway, with alternative wrapping that I supply. I wrote back saying I'd rather have a new gift item, and the same agent replied again, asking for additional photos (I had already sent two photos), and also stated that any samples or free gifts in the order-there was one, which I was forced to use as the intended gift due to the other item being damaged-must be returned.
This is highly disappointing correspondence with a loyal customer. Although I have been enjoying REN products for years, I will be looking elsewhere. In such a highly competitive market as beauty/skincare REN would be advised to up their game on customer service.

I love REN products , have used them for 4/5 years now. I have super sensitive skin and they just work for me. The customer service is amazing, I had a wee problem very recently and Beth sorted it out in a heartbeat, even offered me a lovely freebie for the bother. I would recommend them to anyone ðð¥°

My recent repeat purchase of their Bio Retinoid Youth products showed the serum bottle only half full. This expensive error on their part was neither believed nor put right by them. Plenty of other great products on the market and I will no longer use this brand. Steer clear if you ever want customer support

The customer service from this company is shockingly bad. As a long time user of Bio Retinoid Youth Serum and Moisturiser, I was shocked to find my bottle only half full. Reporting this expensive error to customer service led to a pathetic response of no responsibility. Now I will no longer buy this product from this company and hope that people will steer clear if they want decent customer service.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. I accidentally placed an order while I was putting things in my cart that I might want. I emailed them immediately asking if they could cancel the order. I got a canned response that once in order is placed, they cannot cancel it. I emailed them a few more times asking if they could at least apply the discount code that I didnât have a chance to do and they said no to that as well. The email responses were cold and unfriendly. I accidentally placed an order that cost 200$ and they were unwilling to help, stating that I could return the order and then place a new one with the discount code. There is no phone number to call. I will be buying different products from a retailer with better customer service in the future.
Glycolic acid mask- awesome!!!
Glycolic acid mask - this has really improved the texture and smoothness of my skin. I got it as a sample in another cosmetics order a few years ago and was sold! A bottle lasts 3-4 months? I have not found anything as effective for the same price point ($210 per year?). You can often get it cheaper online too. Highly recommend

I got ren ready steady glow tonic in a surprise gift set. Today i thought I would give it a try and so wish I hadn't. I put some in the palm of my hands and splashed it on my face and it felt like I had thrown acid on my slef, Instantly it was burning and sounded like my face was a hot frying pan and ren was the oil. I had to run to the bathroom and splash cold water on my face for a long time, an hour later my face is still tingling and hot. I have used many things over my 49 years but nothing has burnt me or scared me like this toner. I was so scared, I have a red neck but nothing in my face thank god just feels so tight and sore.

Customer services ( unlike other cosmetic companies) were not too concerned and did not offer to exchange the products. Proved impossible to leave a review on their website -probably because I was warning people to be careful as they too may get a skin reaction
All the more disappointing as this company prides itself on the quality of it's products which are expensive
