Sha has been incredibly helpful in getting our account set up. The responsiveness and support from Rentec have been superb from the beginning, and I’m excited to be partnering with them moving forward. The system is exactly what we needed and is much more user friendly than QuickBooks!

Hard to learn. Banking info from Forte is terrible. Very time consuming to see who has paid.

The representative I worked with today was Traci. She was a consummate professional, knowledgeable, patient, and understanding individual. It is great to see a company that values good ol’ quality customer service.

We recently moved from DoorLoop to Rentec Direct, and I have no regrets. While the software might lack a few capabilities that DoorLoop offers, the quality of customer service, including their responsiveness, makes up for this. We are a customer for life!

As a new landlord, getting started felt a little overwhelming, but Rentec Direct made the process easy from day one. Their team was professional and very supportive, especially Jesse, who kept calling and checking in to make sure everything was going well and that I was comfortable using the software. He took the time to walk me through everything step by step, which I really appreciated. The platform is easy to use, and the monthly rate is very reasonable for everything you get. I have used Rentec Direct for coming up on 10 years. For the cost of the software, its capabilities for a small to large property management company are currently unmatched. Tack on lightning fast and highly effective customer service to that, and you would have to be out of your mind to go anywhere else for PM Software.
