Repety is an SMS-based automation tool built for independent home service professionals in the US — plumbers, electricians, house cleaners, handymen, HVAC technicians, and more. The problem we solve: A contractor does great work, the client is happy — but a month later that same client Googles someone else, simply because they forgot the name. Repety automatically keeps masters top-of-mind through SMS, collects 5-star Google reviews, and protects against negative ones going public. How it works: After each job, the client scans a QR code and opts in to receive messages. From that point, everything is automatic. The system sends a review request, a referral link, and a friendly reminder once or twice a month — all from the master's name, not from a faceless service. Smart review filter: If a client is unhappy (1–3 stars), their feedback goes privately to the master's dashboard — not to Google. The master can resolve the issue directly. If the client is happy (4–5 stars), they're instantly redirected to Google to leave a public review. TCPA compliant: All messages follow US regulations. Masters are fully protected legally.
