If I could give zero stars, I would.

My experience with Douglas was one of the worst I’ve ever had dealing with a business. Everything sounds great before you pay. Every question is answered with “yes,” every concern is brushed aside, and you’re made to believe they can deliver exactly what you’re looking for. Once they have your money, everything changes.

Douglas became difficult to reach, promises went unfulfilled, and the professionalism shown during the sales process completely disappeared. They present themselves as successful entrepreneurs running multiple companies, but my experience left me questioning the credibility of everything they claimed.

I regret trusting them and would strongly encourage every business owner to do extensive research before sending them any payment. Read the negative reviews carefully—they reflect many of the same issues I experienced.

I am awaiting the day Douglas is legally held accountable for what he has done to business owners like myself and many more.

Just like all the other 1 star reviews, Douglas is a horrible snake. He’s a scammer, once you pay him, he’ll ghost you. They’ll hook you in with a good ad, a nice salesman named Jason (redhead 30-36 years old) and Douglas (20-24 years old). Whatever you ask Douglas to do it’s a yes, they’ll flaunt their business telling you how many companies they run, when in reality it’s all a sham. Nothing is real with these guys, it’s a whole scamming operation. Do not under any circumstances trust these people.

Save your money, they do not deliver anywhere near what they promised in their sales pitch. We actually just gave them allot of money for nothing. 1 lead came in over a 3 month period. Really? Don't fall for this scam.

We tried two marketing agencies before checking out Resin Reach, and both times it just felt like we were another number on their list. Super different experiencee here. They actually gave us a dedicated strategist who knows the flooring industry inside out.

They mapped out a whole 12-month Meta content calendar focusing on commercial epoxy keywords around our area, set up Google and Meta retargeting so we stay in front of people who visited our site, and even built a referral system to connect us with local GCs and property managers.

They basically covered every stage from cold leads to repeat clients. Highly recommend them if you want a system that actually brings in business...

I've been doing flooring for over a decade and most marketing guys just run generic ads that bring in trash leads. Resin Reach actually understands the industry....

They know what homeowners want and how to talk to commercial clients. The whole system they built for us is solid.

Hey guys, if you have sent this guy a single penny you might as well of thrown it in a dumpster and burned it. At the beginning he talks like he’s your best friend and after a month there is 0 communication. I got 0 leads / 0 of the “guaranteed jobs” Not a single positive review is real and they are all Douglas, notice they are from Canada. The whole thing is a giant scam and he filters through employees that don’t know what’s going on. Douglas is a horrible man and an amazing salesman. Ask him about Coastal Coatings Epoxy and watch him sweep it under his rug and “not recall the name”. His “team of assistants” that builds the website and ads are AI slop. If you are planning on ignoring this review, then make sure that contract is bulletproof or don’t do business at all. He knows what he is doing and is very snakey. The company embarrassingly reached back out to me a couple months after scamming me and asked if I wanted to schedule a start up meeting and as expected the guy on the phone started only a few days ago. I can only assume the guy never got paid and he fired him after he successfully scammed someone, as my “personal assistant” was fired right after I sent the final payment. It is a smart scandal and I grieve for those who fall for it. I invested a significant amount of money with Resin Reach based on promises of a guaranteed lead generation service under a 90-day agreement. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing.

After approximately 30 days, communication from the owner virtually stopped. Multiple attempts to get updates, support, and answers regarding the service went unanswered. As a paying client, I expected the company to honor its commitments and maintain communication throughout the contract period.

What concerned me most was the disconnect between my actual experience and the overwhelmingly positive reviews I saw before signing up. Based on my experience, I would strongly encourage potential customers to perform thorough due diligence, ask detailed questions, and obtain everything in writing before making a financial commitment.

Solid experience with Resin Reach. Unlike other places that just dump leads and wish you luck, their pipeline setup actually handles the follow-ups. The leads are filtered well too, no more wasting hours on cheap $300 garage quotes. Already got our annual spend back after just 3 months.

They actually deliver what they promise. Setup took a little of back and forth but once everything was live the phone started ringing. I saw some bad reviews here calling them fake but my experience was the complete opposite. Booked a few jobs on my first few weeks. Clear communication and good support, unlike other companies I used in the past.

Based on my experience, I have serious concerns about how this business operates and whether customers receive the services they were led to expect. I encourage anyone considering this company to conduct thorough independent research before making a purchase.

I’ve been with Resin Reach for the last 6 months now, and I couldn’t see myself working with anyone else.

I’ve been around for some time and had my fair share of experiences with agencies, in and out of the epoxy game. And so I had my doubts before moving ahead with them, getting treated like just another number, just mailed contact information for pretty much 90% of the time tire kickers with anybody I’ve dealt with in the past and the list goes on. But Resin Reach has been the complete opposite, actual opportunities that are educated on the process and not just shopping around.

I went ahead with the scale package which is 60 guaranteed jobs for the 3 months. And at the time it was a no brainer, I had the capacity to do the jobs and the level of security I got from the contract and team was all I needed. I did a little over that minimum of 60 in my first quarter and now approaching the end of my second I’ve almost got double.

As someone who’s been in this space for a while, consistency and quality are everything, and that’s exactly what I’ve found here. It’s not just about the volume of work coming in, but the calibre of clients and how well they’re prepped before I even meet the client. It’s made my close rate stronger and my time far better spent.

The communication from the team has also been solid the whole way through. Any bottlenecks get handled quickly, and there’s always someone available when you need clarity or support. It actually feels like they’re invested in your growth, not just handing over leads and moving on.

Overall, it’s been a driven, professional experience that’s delivered on what was promised and even more. If you’ve got the capacity and you’re serious about scaling your epoxy business, it’s definitely worth having a look at.

Extreme value for the price. Some guys charge higher prices just for a website. This is way better than what other lead gen options are offering.

I was promised a certain amount of leads or my money back. We got to the point of creating a website but no campaigns were ever executed after I paid the fees. The company went dark on me and would not answer my phone calls. I tried multiple ways to contact Douglas but he would never call me back. They never even tried to fulfill their responsibilities. It was a full blown scam. Run from them before you get scammed too.

I see that Resin Reach responded to my review. If you are so dedicated to resolving issues and transparency then why did you ghost me and not return my calls and texts. I would love the opportunity to review with you the list of deliverables that were not met and no leads, not one, was ever delivered. Once again, if you are reading this, please run from Resin Reach. They are a predatory scam.
