I had no bad experiences at all. Everything was smooth… Long process but smooth..
I had Rachel as my solicitor as I probably have over 100 emails from her going back and forth with details about everything so can’t fault communication. I understand things can get busy and the may be bigger priorities so I wasn’t frustrated with the time scale
Of things. I knew it was getting some in the back ground. Everything came to a great ending plus some extras so I can’t fault it at all.
I would probably use again if the time arises and would ask for Rachel to represent me.

Nicola Jeanrenaud was recommended to me by a previous firm following a multi injury no fault road traffic collision in which they were unable to act for both myself and my husband. From the outset, Nicola was caring, considerate of my injuries and wholly supportive. She progressed my case throughout with efficiency and great knowledge. I was very impressed with the way Nicola always responded to my emails and telephone calls - same day if she was in the office and if not I was kept informed and received a timescale on response which was always speedy. She chose the experts to report on my injuries well and with consultation with me. Nicola knows her subject well and gave me a good indication on likely range of settlement. When I was unsure (no reflection on Nicola) she arranged conference with Counsel which was a very helpful and constructive meeting at her offices with Counsel on a big screen teams meeting which felt like Tom was in the room. After Counsel confirmed a similar range of settlement Nicola was careful to take full instructions and then negotiated well, not just relying on correspondence but opting to "take the bull by the horns" and make a detailed telephone call to the Insurer's legal team. I feel this really aided progress in my case by narrowing issues in a conciliatory manner. Most of our dealings were by telephone and email as I am out of the area, but on occasion when I visited the offices I was well received, nice Reception staff and a warm welcome. I cannot recommend the professionalism of this Firm and Nicola in particular highly enough!

Adrian McGurk took over my case after about 12 months into it due to my original solicitor leaving, and I noticed a big change and movement when he took over. He helped push things along,kept me informed of every step wich you need in such a long case like mine. My case was not a easy one either nearly 4 years it took and I settled just before court and what I will say as advice to anyone with more of complex case, it is long process but this company will get you over the line and I trust they will bring a closure. I can't deny it has been stressful few years but i can now enter 2026 with this page closed now and move on in life. So thank you so much resolution law

This could of likely been a 5 star review if the claim had started like it finished. Over the last few years it has proved harder than ever to get non fault claims resolved without going through a company that inflate costs and ultimately push the cost of insurance up. Danielle finally managed to get it resolved for us.

I would highly recommend Luke Winnington for his outstanding work as a paralegal. He handled my recent claim with incredible speed and efficiency, sorting everything out far more quickly than I had expected.
