Used response source for a year and found the quality of the opportunities posted on there to be terrible. They give the impression that you will access high quality professional PR opportunities, instead I found that 99% are from 'Independent Bloggers' low quality blogs with absolutely no traffic that I assume use the platform to obtain free items for themselves and nothing more. They also make it near impossible to cancel subscription, with nowhere to do this on their site at all. When contacting customer services they told us we were locked into another year and would be receiving an invoice for this. I assume this is the only tactic they have for getting people to renew as the quality of the service is so poor.

The product has led to very little pick up so it's not useful.

More importantly, do business in the classic scummy 80's way. Technically legal, but shouldn't sleep well at night. A former employee signed up. We didn't look at it closely so it got signed off, now we see it's an annual contract. We think 'well, surely they'll be reasonable'. No. Annual fees must be paid or a lawyer will be sent to chase you.

Classic trick to get you in the door then focus on extracting your cash rather than doing anything useful.

Very bad business practices. Website site does not give any indication of your subscription period. The fact you need to cancel 3 months before renewal is hidden within a document link in the initial PO. It is not clearly stated at any point. 3 months notice for a database is unreasonable. No renewal emails are sent. I would not recommend this company.

We are an SME, and this isn't a great product for this type of business - they promise a lot but in reality you need to keep bolting stuff on to get anywhere. Also unless you're a professional writer, getting stuff noticed is a challenge due to the noise.

Our main gripe is post sale, they never talk to you unless to try and sell you more stuff. We were mugged in broad daylight sadly. Their renewal tactics are more inline to the 1980's having to provide stuff 90-100 days out in writing.

We never used the services provided and yet they went a head and raise an invoice for a whole new year for a renewal although we never spoke, never confirmed, never even got an email or telephone call. Asking them to cancel our services receives no response and just more demands "its in the contract" which you're given hours to read before the sales pressure starts to get it over the line. We were onboard with ease but getting out is impossible and ends up in court.

A poor product and service. Expensive and delivered us no value. Regret contracting with them.
