Hi 420ba,
Weâre sorry to hear about your disappointment with SoGo. Not to worry - you haven't lost any value. If you have unused restaurant certificates, you can exchange them for a new restaurant at any time, for any reasonâno questions asked. We don't offer refunds due to the flexibility of our exchange policy, where your points will never expire and can always be exchanged.
If you're having trouble with the app, please ensure your operating system is updated and you're using one of the top browsers like Safari or Chrome. While our app is optimized for the most prevalent devices and browsers, occasionally a user will experience a glitch. You can also try deleting and reinstalling the app. That has worked for others.
Additionally, our website is mobile optimized, and you can always access your account on the restaurant.com website.
Thank you for taking the time to provide this feedback!
I like that these certificates do notâŠ
I like that these certificates do not expire. There are many selections to choose from. If I decided to want to switch to a different certificate, I can get credit for the one snd buy a different one. The only issue I have is if there are discount offers, if I am using my points, it won't allow me to use the discount.

Not Android friendly
This website and app does not work on Android phones. I had to download it on my husband's iPhone to be able to add voucher and redeem it. It was such a horrible experience because I had to let the server know I needed some time to figure it out.

Hi there!
Weâre sorry to hear the app didnât work as expected on your Android device â that sounds incredibly frustrating, especially when youâre trying to enjoy a meal out.
While we strive to support a wide range of devices and browser versions, occasional compatibility issues can arise depending on your phone model or OS. Our tech team recommends deleting and reinstalling the app, making sure your operating system is up to date, and using one of the top browsers like Chrome, Safari, or Firefox.
For the smoothest experience, our mobile-friendly website at restaurant.com has all the same features and typically works well across most devices â no app required.
Thanks again for your feedback. We're actively working on improvements and appreciate you being part of the Restaurant.com community.
Problem Accessing Rewards âŠ
When I have $25 and $50 rewards I have a big problem. I can only access the $25 reward. When they are used up I can then access the $50 reward. Not very user friendly.

Thanks so much for reaching out to us â we're really glad we were able to get your issue resolved outside of Trustpilot.

There are no restrictions on the order or amount â whether itâs $25, $50, or $100, itâs entirely up to you. If you're seeing something different, feel free to reach out and weâll take a closer look.
Thanks again for sharing your feedback and helping us make the experience better for everyone.

Happy customer
Iâve used restaurant.com for years and have been happy with it. On only a couple occasions have there been issues using a gift certificate but that was the fault of the restaurant, not the website/app. Their customer service department is wonderful and refunds/exchanges certificates if there is ever an issue. Exchanges are easy if you move or just change your mind about where you want to go.
