Havent been into Revo for a while. Sad to say very poor service still. Had to wait an age to get seated. They dont seem to have any system of staff taking on roles they all seem to do whatever. Eg 3 or 4 behind bar. 3 clearing table while people are queing to be seated. Many gave up. This was before the lunch rush as well. But it is a lovely place and good atmosphere.

Paid 400 pounds for an induction kit for the rubber to split and perish just outside of warranty!! Clearly REVO are terrible quality parts with no help from customer service telling me I have to pay a ridiculous amount for new bit of rubber seal!!

AVOID THE PARTS DO NOT LAST!!!

Took my Caddy Maxi for a stage 1 re-map and the results are fantastic! The engine is more efficient, with more torque and psi it is quite simply a different vehicle. Thank you to Simon and Barry for their expert advice. The facilities at Daventry are A1, clean and ordered. No hard selling, just honest advice. Thank you guys!

Remapped my A4 B9 TFSI CVKB but made very limited difference could not feel the claimed extra 30bhp and 80nm of torque. Didn't even ask if they could check on a Dyno etc to see why it didn't improve my car. Removed map and put back to standard.

Dangerous! Had a fuel pipe re route supplied with my intake kit for Audi s4, pipe cracked and split open spraying fuel all over my hot exhaust and engine.

I have been using Revo for around 20 years now, they have done all my Golfs Gti, R’s (8), Porsche 911 3.8S, Audi RS4, Audi S3.
Fantastic customer service & always spot on performance.

Had a stage one remap on my S4 B9 3.0TSFI which was done at MG Motorsports Ripley.

After waiting 3yrs for the map to become available I was straight in and thankfully was on offer during October.

Even running on cheap supermarket 95ron fuel the power/torque increase was an unbelievable difference really put you back in your seat.

Have now run a full tank of Shell super through and switched using the SPS to 99ron fuel the tune has not disappointed, unfortunately can't comment on an increase in MPG cos I can't stop my right foot being heavy 😅

Great service from MG Motorsport, great stage 1 from Revo, might try and bother some RS3's and RS4's now 😁

I ordered a pair of Revo sunglasses online through their website. I received a sealed box with nothing inside except an order receipt and an outer Revo box that should have had the sunglass case and sunglasses inside. I immediately contacted Revo Customer Service. I had my replacement pair within a few days. Great experience, well done Revo! Customer for life!

Just had 4 days at cresswell towers ,parkdean resorts .gotta say what a lovely clean caravan site ,lovely staff nice caravan ,we stayed in a Dog friendly van.everything was perfect for us ,thank you to the staff and everyone at cresswell Towers .

I had a Revo stage one remap on my 2018 Ford Focus MK3 ST (facelift).

10,000 miles on the clock, running perfectly, I hope to gain a little extra oomph. Revo had a couple of distributors near me, so I booked it in.

The remap did provide noticeable increase in torque (giving more of a pushed back in your seat hard acceleration). Unfortunately it came at a price.

General driving was awful. Light to medium acceleration was lumpy and hesitant. For those that have experience with carburettor vehicles, it was the same sort of issue you get with really poorly adjusted or jetted carbs (full throttle from rest and the car floods and you sit there for a few seconds before the car picks up.

So I conclude that the tune was over fuelling from 1/10 to 6/10 throttle. I also deduce this from my MPG going from average of 38mpg before the Revo remap to 25mpg after the Revo remap. Their website advertises an increase in MPG not a large decrease.

Having changed the spark plugs, air filter (to a paper and then foam high flow filter), air intake system, hoses and upgraded the intercooler. I still had the issues, the car was not pleasant to drive. In fact it was verging on hazardous, passing slow vehicles (including cycles), to avoid the car baulking and minor kangarooing, I had to use 3/4 plus throttle. As well as appearing as a yob (I am approaching 60, grey hair and all), it was dangerous and if witnessed by the boys in blue, I likely would have been cautioned for dangerous or aggressive driving.

I contacted the distributor and they removed the tune and gave me a refund (not a full refund but near as dam it). Hence the two stars, the actual Revo remap is one star and that is being generous and the fact you cannot leave a review with zero stars.

This is the third car I have trusted to REVO, with both hardware and software upgrades. Each time the service has been professional and faultless. after having some horrific previous experiences, revo were a breath of fresh air. REVO totally transformed the cars, this is how they should have left the factory. After previous mistakes, I did my research and chose revo, I have had not one single issues In over five years of use and enjoyment.

Proud te be a REVO dealer in the Netherlands since 1.5 year. Amazing software, great hardware and even important for me is great customer service. I’ll recommend everybody to tune with REVO if this is possible for your car!

Running Revo Stage 1 Software on my R32 Golf. There is a night an day difference between the custom map that had been installed previously. More power, and far smoother power delivery. This is my 4th car to be done by Revo, and will not be my last.

I have ordered a few items from Revo, and I've had no response apart from the automated email after ordering.

It's now been 6 working days, and my order has not been shipped. I have sent them a message 3 days ago, and no reply at all.

I doubt I could even cancel the order if I wanted to.
