Conflicting and bizzare behaviour
Conflicting and bizzare behaviour. Have had a Personal account for sometime. Went to set up a Business Account for Project Management Services. Got an email to confim account was set up, card arrived promptly in the post today but a further email arrived to say the account is deactivated given the nature of the business. Did not realise my profession - project management was so unsavoury. I will look elsewhere and take my personal account with me. The left and right hands within Revolut do not appear to be joined up. Glad no money went into the account. I can say Project Managers are more professional :(

It a request to anyone who wants to open a bank account DO NOT open with them, you newer knows when making any transaction they took money from your account and put it in transaction and it shows you pending transaction.and they took ages to clear it and when contacted to there web chat help. First of all they won't reply instantly you leave the message and wait for them to reply in next 2-3 hours and every time they only give you same response as due to technical issues the transaction is still pending and they forwarded your request to relevent team and then there so called relevent team never respond to them and they keep on saying you they are waiting for response from relevant team.

If I could give it 0 stars I would have worst account setup iv ever experienced it’s taking me hrs and they still haven’t set it up and I keep getting different representative every time I’m asking them what is happening absolutely ridiculous iv had to tell my customer who sent me payment to send via different means

Allows fraud
This Bank does not take Fraud seriously, my wife paid for an item in Spain however the seller did not receive the money in the end the seller stopped all communication with us and blocked our number, as he said we were trying to scam him as he (alleged) he didn’t get his money. Revoult say he had it but we have no way of proving it, we requested that Revoult got our money back however they said they will try but could not guarantee it..

Moved to Dubai and on my first months…
Moved to Dubai and on my first months payment to my landlord my money got frozen from the payment. I had to take a loan from a family member over 30 days ago and still haven’t got my money back just getting generic messages offering no support. Now my rent is due and I’m hesitant about putting money back into my account over this.

Det er nu 3 gang revolut tilbageholder mine penge uden forklaring, det er De samme penge man nu har tilbageholdt i 15 dage, første gang i 30 dage, anden gang i 13 dage og nu 3 gang 15 dage.
De forklare at pengene er i pending, men man lover at pengene kan overføres på 1- 3 hverdage.
Derfor hvis man skal bruge REVOLUT skal man MINDST have det dobbelte beløb på kontoen da pengene højs sandsynligt tilbageholdes uden grund
I was a victim of Revoult
I am new to Revoult and I had just created my account and ordered my card. When the card arrived by post, I realised that they have sent me two cards instead of one, and I was charged for the creation of the second card. I call customer service to ask what is going on, and they tell me that I have ordered two cards instead of one and that is why they charged me. This is simply not true. I did not have a need of a second card and I did NOT order a second card, nevertheless Revoult charged me and gave me another card. They simply took my money and refused to take back the second card and to refund me. I then read on the news that this is their new service, allowing you to have a second card, so I guess they had to push this service forward somehow, even if it is through unfair practices. Needless to say, I do not trust them anymore with my money.

I send money from my wallet for more than 10 days and still I didn't receive it. And I chatted with more than 3 customer services with no solution. Evey one transfer to another one without real help. Even one of them advised me to be more kind 😒😒😒 which is odds expected. I don't recommend this bank to anyone.

W jakże niemiłych okolicznościach czas się pożegnać... Osobiście jest mi z tego powodu przykro, jednak jak tylko znajdę odpowiednią alternatywę (trudno nie będzie - daliście dobry przykład innym) w trybie natychmiastowym zamknę konto w Revoult.
Powodem mojej decyzji jest nie tylko DRAKOŃSKIE podniesienie opłat, lecz przedewszystkim solidarność z ludźmi którzy zostali dotknięci skutkami "pandemii" COVID-19. TERAZ gdy ludzie potrzebują siebie nawzajem, pomocy drugiego człowieka, wsparcia rodziny z zagranicy (tych ostatnich przedewszystkim - głównie pieniężnej, ponieważ jak widać na Fintech a tym bardziej na rząd liczyć nie mogą), Wy jako (stosunkowo) młody projekt patrzycie tylko na swoje portfele. W takich chwilach żałuję, że muszę żyć w czasach gdzie liczy się tylko pieniądz i żadna inna wartość. Matka uczyła mnie szacunku do Rodaków, konieczności niesienia pomocy tym którzy jej potrzebują, ale przedewszystkim tego, że jeżeli przyjdzie moment w którym ludziom masowo zacznie dziać się krzywda trzeba działać DLA, a nie dobijać najsłabszych. A w Waszym przekazie, w Waszych zmianach widzę ów przesłanki.
Jestem rozczarowany Waszą postawą i chęcią "przetrwania" za wszelką cenę.

Come ti muovi ti ciucciano soldi! mi sembrano troppo esagerati e taccagni. Sconsigliata per il trading

Awful, have locked my account and I can’t access my funds. Only communication on e-mail telling me they don’t have a timescale and they can’t tell me why my account is under review. I put a deposit on a car and then they locked my account (the very reason I moved the funds to this account in the first place).... Beware!
