I have been with Rewardia for a few years now and I have just finished reading through the reviews.. Everything worked well and we were paid very well until the pandemic hit. Then like everyone else they had to drop the payments or they would not have been able to continue. I am very shocked to read some of the reviews that are written here because they are simply not true. I have quite often had to contact Rewardia and they have always been fair in their reply. Their support do all they can to help and at times it is not Rewardia's fault that a survey does not get paid and you are disqualified after you have almost finished the survey. This is the fault of the survey company who put out the survey. Rewardia is just the carriage. I do know it can be very frustrating doing surveys and getting disqualified and only getting 2 cents or 4 cents. Yesterday I tried to do 18 surveys. I was disqualified from 15 of them, but that is the nature of surveys. You just have to keep plodding on. Too many people expect too much and then lay the blame on others. I am now battling Cancer so can not do a great lot of surveys, but I am very grateful that Rewatrdia has stood by me, and for all the surveys I am offered by Rewardia. Their support have always done their best and do not deserve the bad reviews written on here. Like you they are only doing their job, and getting blamed for something that is not their fault is not fair. A lot of these bad reviews were written in anger and should never have been written at all. Not every thing goes the way you want it to, so it is better to just take a deep breath and get on with life instead of writing such bad reviews when they are not deserved.

I decided to do reviews partly to pass some time and also to have some input into general matters. Certainly not for reward as you earn almost nothing.
After quite some time I looked at my points and saw that almost 40% of them were showing as incomplete and no credit was given (all had told me Completed when done). I contacted them and was told I had to lodge a report for each one (about 25) but any older than 1 week would not be considered. I had not bothered before as many always seemed to be showing Pending Approval, which I believe was the issue with these incomplete ones. To make it worse, their system simply doesn't work properly to do a report on each one through their own links so you are expected to raise a full report for each which would probably take over 5 minutes.
Very unhelpful, unprofessional and quite abrupt in their reply and a complete waste of my time.
Just an update - no idea how or why but now all points have been awarded. This is good but I still believe that it should not have made me get involved with numerous emails etc. to resolve.

They pushed to get personal info like where I banked how much money comes into household. And if you put you didn't want to answer they kept timing you out. Stopping you from getting points. Scam. This is in response to rewarding response. When I signed up for rewarding it asked that if you also signed up with 4 others you could get points faster. All of these together were asking about everything in your life how much you make how many people in your house and ages to even what political party and pretty much who you voted for. I don't know but I think that this is personal and marketing part maybe more political. If not it's nobody's business.

I completely support other writers on here who say Rewardia are woeful in assessing whether you have completed surveys..always saying you are screened out or didn't qualify when you know you have. Countless people complain about this on Rewardia forums, but nothing changes. I am on over 20 survey sites and Rewardia pays the lowest, never paying reasonable rewards for work done. They have a great variety of games on there which I enjoy, but if you want to earn money, forget them, they don't value your time. I don't want any feeble excuses from Rewardia in response to this review..I am heartily sick of the pathetic responses they provide on Rewardia for why I wasn't acknowledged as having completed surveys.

Clunky platform. Half the surveys will give you an error code and the other half will not accept your postal code. Don’t bother wasting your time.

Joined them and started doing surveys. I was not getting credit for my surveys, so I emailed them. They responded and requested a copy of my driver's license. I responded and told them I am not giving them my DL and any other personal info. I then cancelled my account. Users beware!

I waited for the points for a long time, and when I asked them about the reason for suspending the points, they asked me for a selfie and a picture of the driver's license, and when I sent their request, they ignored me and did not respond to reactivating my account. I wrote to them again, but they do not answer. I see that some kindness can make them better. Their surveys are good, but the customer service is bad.

Spent months earning enough points to get the bonus and when I tried to redeem them Rewards suspended my account and said they needed a copy of my drivers license to verify my identity. Even after getting their secret code. I'm not putting my ID out there for $25 bucks. Total scam. Don't waste your time.

Constantly completing a survey - quite lengthy - and then being screened out. The 3rd party has access to the responses, and if your answers don't meet their expectations, they will screen you out on completion. I average one a day of this. The staff don't care; send you a stock-standard reply and throw a few hundred points your way. We are their bread and butter - you'd think they would be more ethical.

I don't know where to begin honestly. There's filling out a survey and being told you've completed the survey only then to be told you were screened out or timed out. Basically getting nothing for time. Third party screening that is running rampant. Qualifying only like minded people that will give them the responses that will make them look good which is completely dishonest. Surveys should be answered openly and honestly and that is not what's going on with this site.

ABSOLUTE CRAP SCAM ARTISTS, SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND DOWNRIGHT STUPID *******! WHO HAVE NO CLUE ABOUT ANYTHING. YOU SEND THEM AN EMAIL WITH A QUESTION AND ALL YOU GET IS AN AUTOMATED BOT RESPONSE. THEY ARE BEYOND PATHETIC IN EVERY WAY POSSIBLE.

I can't get any help! My Gift Card won't activate and I get a message to try again or contact customer service. I have tried but nobody is helping me. I have used all the contact forms I can find on the website and even put messages in my mail on the website. Any ideas on how I can get help would be appreciated.

This site is OK, just OK. There are a lot of members who complain about being screened out of surveys, or who have done surveys and then not received points. This has happened to me, and I hate having my time wasted with BS. I either completed the survey - give me my points - or I didn't. Do not let me get to the end of a survey and they say 'sorry, you don't qualify'. Some of the games are OK though.

You complete surveys & get the thanks for completing survey & click to get your rewards & are told you don't qualify. When you dispute it, you get a robotic response. Saying we have researched the issue with this survey and have determined that your answers did not qualify you for the full survey. Also some surveys are from other survey companies like Pureprofile so how can Rewardia research it, when it's not from them.

It you want to make a few dollars from surveys, this is NOT the company for you. They pay as little as $1/hour for surveys, which often screen you out AFTER completion. There are much better survey companies out there. Seriously, don't bother.

Update: APP DID PAY OUT AFTER A COUPLE DAYS!!!
Did surveys. Says it takes 2 days for pending rewards. It's been 6. I've emailed twice with no response. If that changes I will change my review. Otherwise DONT BOTHER. You are just going to get frustrated like I did.

I have changed my mind completely about this site. I no longer do the surveys as, upon completion, and I am informed for some nebulous reason, I have become disqualified. This is a major fault as it means my precious time has been wasted. This is so for more than 50 per cent of surveys, if, of course, you manage to qualify in the initial stages. After 6 months with this outfit and extremely poor resolution of all and any complaints of which there have been numerous, I just do the puzzles and games. It's not worth completing surveys and not getting the points I should be earning. A big fail on the part of rewardia, they do not look after their survey takers. So frustrating and disappointing.

I've been with this app for quite awhile not sure how long it's the bestest one I've come across helpful easy no gimmicks honest people who are doing their best for any one involved highly recommend

I have been using Rewardia for a year or more and love this site. Earning points can take a while but the points never expire so accumulating them is worry-free, not having to keep checking your account. It does take time to build rewards so those lockdown times are the best opportunity to go hard and get rewarded.

The variety of games, surveys and polls keeps interest going and over time the small number of points add up. I have my favourite games that I often play during quiet times or any time I have available.

The red coloured surveys always give a bonus credit if you don't suit their survey. Often a survey will be listed as taking 51 minutes for 1020 points which, looks like a daunting amount of time to complete. However, the time can change once you are accepted/qualify for the survey. During these long, boring surveys, I leave the site open and go back to continue through the day without being timed out.

The site offers email incentives with rewards of additional points for playing and reaching the goal stated. I love watching the points add up.

I am at the silver status, and planning on cashing out but, I will begin again with a bonus of 1800 points. I enjoy the online games and the rewards offered.
