Excellent service! Ordered my chair one afternoon,expecting to wait several days to receive it, and it was delivered before lunchtime on the following day. The chair is superb - in excellent condition, really comfortable and a total bargain. Hoping to place another order soon.

I purchased a chair on 29.04.25 and am still waiting for any delivery information. I've already sent two emails requesting an update on my order status, but I haven't received any response. I’m very disappointed with the lack of communication. I will update my review once I receive a reply and my order is delivered.

Update information: I’ve finally received the chair today. (23.05.2025) The delivery experience was poor, although I understand this may not be Reyooz’s direct responsibility. However, the chair was not clean as advertised, I had to thoroughly clean it myself. Unfortunately, this has been an overall disappointing experience. I don't think I’ll be placing another order.

There were a few problems over Christmas, but this new crew is putting that all behind them. My last three orders have been faultless.
Chris, the delivery guy, was super helpful.

I would now give this REYOOZ,com 90%. just wish that they had a quicker turnover of stock.

Had two office cupboards delivered today. Fantastic quality and in perfect condition. Really great value for money. Delivery man was very kind and took them to the place I wanted them to go. Very pleased and will definitely use again before looking at new furniture.

First time I've ordered from Reyooz and I'm extremely pleased with my purchase. My lounge chair looks brand new! I was expecting to pay more, but it was reduced on the day I ordered plus 40% discount. Would be happy to recommend Reyooz to family & friends.

False advertising of delivery price on website. I tried to seek a compromise by doubling the price I'd paid but this company were unwilling to help out. They did provide a refund but they also left me high and dry and have got away with their dishonest and uncompromising practise. Reported to Trading Standards in the hope that this will make a difference.

EDIT in response to below: I'm surprised to be accused of lying when I have the email conversation to back my account up. What's unreasonable is this company walking away from their mistake and leaving me in an almighty mess, how nice it must be to make an error and leave it up to the customer to deal with the consequences. When I worked in online retail if an error was made then the company bore the cost, now that I run a bricks-and-mortar business if I make a mistake then I bear the cost. Once Reyooz had explained that they were unwilling to compromise on delivery costs they simply gave up and refunded. It took them 5 days and 15 hours between order confirmation and letting me know they wouldn't honour my order. I can see why many rate this company so highly, sadly when things go wrong they're slow and unwilling to take responsibility.

Wow. I could not be happier honestly. I’ve wanted a humanscale chair for months and months but could not justify the 900£ price tag. I just picked an absolute bargain on one in fantastic condition and it was delivered the next day for free! (I’m just outside London so might depend on location)

The items on sale change regularly so it’s worth checking in daily if you’re after something specific.

Descriptions are accurate and candid so you know what you’re getting.

I needed some workbenches and got hold of two adjustable-height office desks for a bargain price. Speedy delivery and super-helpful delivery drivers.

Unbelievable. I brought a visually stunning wooden desk. a few hours later within the same evening, I emailed requesting if I could have the table before 2024 as it stated usual 5-10 working days.

I got a response back saying it would come the next day. I thought this was some sort of prank.

Next thing you know, a lovely driver calls me and delivers to my door. Does what it says. I am very happy and so should you.

(Just beware that they do charge around £15-20) for delivery) Which is very fair. Oh and they offer free collection!
