Richard is a fully qualified electrician with Part P 17th edition of the building regulations (up to date) and is an NICEIC approved domestic contractor providing further piece of mind that he is trained to the highest standard. We have an excellent relationship with our customers and believe customer service is of high importance, ensuring that we deliver in expectations at every visit. Rachael works in the office and ensures a smooth path of communication for customers where they can be assured there is always someone available. Richard works to an extremely high standard for his customers and his feedback illustrates this.

Professional, reliable and friendly

Richard carries out his work with professionalism and efficiency. We have used him several times and each time we are very pleased with the quality of his work. He is friendly, reliable and always gets the job done ar a reasonable cost within the time specified. We would have no hesitation in recommending him and, indeed, have already recommended him to some of our neighbours.

Very prompt and excellent service

Very prompt and excellent service. Our electrical problem was not one that could be solved at a realistic cost both financial and time as we wanted to change from old fashioned to LED bulbs throughout the living room. Rich was totally honest about it and having spent a good part of a day with us didn't want to charge as he couldn't do what we wanted.
