Straight forward - no hassle.

Bought some speakers, stellar advice.

Easy process to get items delivered to store which makes it simpler to manage around working from home vs office. Staff are always great and do love a trip to the shop to have a nose around.

I find the staff all very helpful and friendly, Dan helped me make a decision, if you’re not sure what to buy, in my case a new TV, there are so many models to choose from nowadays, they explain the difference between them, I’m very pleased with the LG TV I bought, very good price, and delivered the next day.

Great customer service from the knowledgeable guys in Boscombe. They helped me decide on which headphones were a match for my requirements. It was so helpful to try on and listen to different brands before buying. Fast shipping and a follow up call was appreciated.

After a few years I decided to move away from smart speakers, and go for an old school set up, with a relativly small budget. I called in at the Boscombe store and spoke to the manager Paul for some advise. We spent 30 mins discussing different options to add to my old Denon amp. I am now a very happy owner of a decent sounding set up! Delivery was prompt, packed and boxed well.

Fantastic experience at your Bournemouth store. Both Paul and Oscar gave excellent advice on products and the new cd unit and speakers I picked up are pure class. I even had a follow up phone call to see how the products were going and to see if I was happy with them. Would highly recommend Richer sounds to anyone.

Great personal service; great price

My wife and I were looking to buy our first hi-fi system. We didn’t have much knowledge about hi-fi equipment and initially only went in out of curiosity, without any intention of making a purchase.

However, a gentleman named Dan kindly took the time to let us demo several speakers without ever pressuring us or making us feel like we were inconveniencing him. Although we didn’t buy anything on our first visit, the experience definitely made us more enthusiastic about getting our own hi-fi setup.

After narrowing down several systems, we wanted to trial them properly. We contacted a few shops, but many made us feel as though we were wasting their time. That was not the case with Richer Sounds Bournemouth. Once again, Dan took the time to answer all of our questions and arranged for the systems we wanted to trial.

Along the way, there were a few hiccups with compatibility between some of the equipment, but this was certainly not the fault of Richer Sounds Bournemouth. Throughout the process, the team continued to answer our questions and help us troubleshoot the issues. After plenty of back and forth, we finally ended up with the system we wanted, and we are absolutely delighted with it.

Kudos to the Richer Sounds Bournemouth team, and special praise to Dan for his patience, professionalism, and excellent customer service!

Over the last twenty years, and before that in London, whenever I have needed new HiFi separates I have gone straight to Richer Sounds in Bomo. Today, I went thinking I needed a new amp but Oscar was right on it and, instead, fitted me up with new banana plug leads which have revived the stereo and sound fresh and clear. They are absolutely ace, trustworthy and knowledgeable. I couldn’t recommend this store more.

Having just purchased a Marantz CD6007 my daughter on hearing it announced she wanted to upgrade her “hand me down” amp & speakers so after a little research we spoke to the Bournemouth branch who gave advice & she made her decision Arcam +5 & Dali Oberon 5’s in dark walnut (which was a must!) & they both sound & look! Amazing

Superb team. All the staff, that I dealt with, were extremely helpful and friendly. I had a couple of problems and they were only to pleased to sort me out. Buying on line is all very well, but when you do have a problem, it is very reassuring knowing you can, either phone, or go down in person to the store to discuss the problem. Great stuff Richer Sounds!!!!

From the initial telephone engagement to ordering & paying: it all went very smoothly and without fuss. I had a clear view of what I wanted but was open to suggestions and after a few questions & answers the delivery date was confirmed and duly picked up as forecasted. Job done and I’m immersed in Zep: first time in a long time. Thanks to the Bournemouth shop.
