This is a great place to buy your kit. The service is second to none and they have an amazing selection. Toby came to the house to do a survey and advised on what would go best where; and he was very attentive and patient in dealing with my questions as I made my buying decision. He also followed up after delivery. I would also say that the rest of the team in the Brighton Store are also great – when I called or emailed, if Toby was not available, they were ready to answer my questions. A very good buying experience.

I was able to speak to someone at the branch about my choice of sound bar and other questions about delivery et cetera. There was a real personal touch and I felt like I was speaking to someone who is enthusiastic about Home cinema and music in general. They gave good advice and I am very happy

Really helpful advice from Nik at Brighton. Quick response and clear advice on whether my proposed purchases would work well and also offered similar alternatives and recommended the VIP Club to me. In fact as a result of his advice I decided to choose a more expensive turntable than I'd originally selected. After I completed my transaction using the website I realised that Brighton might not get the credit for my purchase. Perhaps you can consider how to make it possible to complete a purchase online but give credit for the sale to the store / salesperson involved.
