Hi Not sure what the issue is but I have not received my ordered goods yet.

Always a pleasure to shop at richer sounds. This time I was looking for a stylus cartridge for my father's old 'obselete' turntable.
The fella who served me was very helpful in finding me a correct compatible part made by another company with the same fittings, arranging for it to be delivered Saturday morning when I had ordered on Thursday afternoon, and also demonstrating on a shop turntable how to easily remove and replace the stylus.
Never had anything but the best service from Richer Sounds, would recommend every time.

The customer service was top class- warm, engaging and informative without overselling. As a retired manager and coach in customer service for a major retailer, I recognise and appreciate this.
