Great choice, expert team and good advice. O'h and online ordering and delivery is also good, if needed. Personally I prefer going in to meet my local professionals.

Jonathon set up a demo for me, trying different speakers until I found the one I liked. Bought a WiiM Amp Ultra and Wharfdale Diamond 12.1i speakers for a great price and in my budget . 6 year warranty supplied for free. Rapid delivery, and so far I am very pleased. Hardest part was getting used to the excellent WiiM app. I also had a follow up phone call from Jonathon ensuring I was happy so far, and promising any help I needed was just a phone call away. Not my first purchase From RS and I am sure will not be my last. Always excellent service and value.

Straightforward. My item was put aside after a phone call. I collected it the next day. It was on sale and Samsung were offering £150 off too. This made it something of a bargain. Thanks.

Whilst the staff are great, and this may not be their fault, it took 3 shop visits over 4 days to get a Wiim speaker working with my laptop - hence not 5* this time.

overcome the problem with my hi fi.
