Both members of staff very helpful to someone who does not know a lot about stereo systems apart from knowing the music he loves to hear. Back listening to my music after a lapse of about 3 years due to my wife's Alzheimer's, so many thanks.

From the help I received to the payment of the product the service was smooth. Aaron and Jonathan provided very patient service, gave good advice and arranged everything brilliantly.

The only thing that this purchase down was DPD, instead of next working day service I got 3 day service. If you can dont get DPD to deliver.

Jonathan got hold of the couriers and sorted things out and limited the delay and arranged the refund of next working day service charge very quickly.

Pleased you were able to demonstrate Freely tv to me (Currys could not) and your advice on sets with best sound as I am hard of hearing. I am very pleased with the Hisense full HD 32" to fit in our kitchen as it does not require an areal. The TV guide allows you to go back as well as forward which is brilliant we will never miss a program again. Thanks again the set is so simple to use once you've set up the catchup permissions just the job for us oldies.

I originally thought their email support wasn’t responding, but the reply had gone straight into my spam folder. The team is helpful both on the phone and in person. Price matched the soundbar I wanted. I arrived before store opening to collect but they still let me in and helped carry the item to the car and load it. I've since completed a retrospective price beat with a different member of staff and just as helpful as others. Would highly recommend.

Very friendly knowledgeable staff in store and agreed to source me a remote with a solar panel when the tv arrived without one. 6 year warranty is excellent. Would recommend visiting the showroom as most tvs are on display and you’re welcome to play with them.

I recently purchased a new record player (Audio Technical) from a store at the beginning of April for £300 to replace the one I have carefully maintained for many years. A few days ago, the needle snapped during its normal use. When I tried to phone customer service, they told me that the needle was not covered under warranty and they tried to get me to buy a new needle for £49!The response is disappointing, having spent a huge amount on a record player which should have been high-quality and durable. I did not expect for any part of the product to fail so soon. My experience has left me concerned by the lack of quality and reliability of the products and service provided by Richer Sounds.
