I’m tech phobic, hesitant to get a new bedroom tv in case too complicated BUT all problems ticked off the list by Richer Sounds

The Fulham Road branch has offered exceptional service for decades. The staff are all so knowledgeable, friendly, helpful & professional. They go above & beyond every time.

Took a long time, but eventually gave me a voucher to replace a tv that didn’t do the job. Now have a perfect tv and I am very happy.

Great service. Friendly staff who know what they are talking about.

Service which went out of the way to be kind - especially when I turned up in the morning and the shop was shut but was nonetheless let in.
Good liaison between staff and an installer

I visited Richer Sounds Chelsea and purchased two televisions and a sound system, and I have to say the whole experience from start to finish was absolutely brilliant.
The staff were incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for without any pressure or rushing.

For anyone looking to invest in quality home entertainment, I cannot recommend Richer Sounds Chelsea enough. The level of service you get here is something you simply don't find in the big chain electronics stores. I will definitely be coming back!"

The product arrived at the branch on time and I was pleased about that but I only found out from an email from the courier company. Later the branch tried to contact me by phone but my phone was switched off. I think it would have been better if the branch had used email to contact me. I would have appreciated clear directions of where the shop is in relation to the Tube station.

I called the shop and got really good support. I was able to choose a TV and paying for my goods within 15 mins. The assistant stayed on the line to ensure the process was completed.
I was very impressed. Reminded me of old fashioned service and it made the process stress free. Thank you.

I wouldn't buy TV, home cinema or Hi-Fi anywhere else. On the latest occasion I had a few questions about the TV I was planning to buy so I contacted telesales instead of buying online. Lines were busy so I was directed immediately to the Chelsea store. My questions were all answered and TV purchased. The finance options are excellent so I chose V12 interest free. TV delivery went flawlessly and within minutes of delivery, the store called to see if I was satisfied. A few days later, I noticed that the TV price had reduced by £100 so I contacted the store to see if I could claim under their price guarantee and they promptly replied that £100 had been refunded. Amazing stuff and thanks to the team at the Chelsea store for the amazing service.

Richer Sounds is usually my go to place for TVs. I have made five purchases in the last 11 years or so. Unfortunately my last purchase felt unintentional. I calledand requested a recommendation with the size I wanted and maximum I was willing to pay. I was only recommended one type.
When the TV arrived it was a nightmare to put the stand together and then attach the TV. I also realised there were alternatives
which were cheaper, easy installation and the same features and extras. It seems they just wanted to push the new expensive ones that people who can afford to physically go to the shop avoid.
I am disappointed on this occasions but before this I have been please with my previous purchases.

Informed & Friendly

I was after cartridge for old timer PioneerPL 12d, upgrade for audio technica and vaguely in mind Nagaoka MP-100H , not sure would it be good match+ ignorance of compatibility , considering pre mounted to avoid wiring and aligning the cartridge from scratch. They havehad only a cartridge... I went for Ortofon Red, little experiment... Staff affable and smiles... all's good

Rang RS in Chelsea ( not my normal place) as I was in the area and wanted a Wiim Pro Plus streamer. They had one left in stock so out it aside for me and I picked it up an hour later. As always, the staff were helpful, knowledge and very friendly. Just love shopping at RS!
