I was looking for a Digital to Analogue (DAC) converter for close to lossless audio on my speaker setup and I had zero clue.
The Richer Sounds salesman helped me decide which one to get and I opted for the Astelle&Kearne HC3 USB which I’ve been using since and I absolutely love.
The staff at the Chelsea branch are great. They take time to answer any questions, answer calls and will call them back if the store is busy when necessary. Edward gave me sound advice and a 6 year guarantee with my purchase!
The A&K HC3 can output audio in 32bit audio and up to 384khz. I’ve not achieved this with windows or iOS Apple Music but I think it sounds perfect and I highly recommend for its price point. Great sturdy and feel of quality as well. I’ve purchased here before and will do so again.

I have been a customer of Richer Sounds now for a few years and have to comment on their excellent customer service - not only are they extremely knowledgeable but nothing is too much trouble. I have had to have a couple of home visits due to some technical issues which have been resolved very quickly. I cannot recommend their products or service highly enough!

Helpful staff, prompt ordering and delivery.

The guy I spoke to on the phone was able to answer my questions in regards to being able to connect the new turntable to my existing amp setup. Ordering the turntable was so easy and was delivered next day as promised. Setup was easy and sound is brilliant.

Brilliant staff. Went to Harrods to see demo units but they used Richer Sounds site to show us a unit so we went there. Highly recommend!!!

There was an issue with the credit card payment system which resulted in my being charged twice for the projector I’d purchased (despite assurances from your sales manager that the first payment had not processed). In fairness this was sorted quickly following a phone call to you but it shouldn’t have been necessary.
Annoyingly also the projector arrived with a mains lead that did not fit and I had to use the one from my old projector.

I had encountered the best experience ever dealing with the staff at both the Chelsea and London Bridge branches. Ordered a product at Chelsea and was delivered in a timely manner for collection at the London Bridge the very next day. Staff at both stores were very friendly and accommodating to my enquiries, and tried their very best to help. Thanks you!

We had some initial tech problems to resolved, but sorted these out well and I’m very happy with the soundbar purchase. Service with a smile was much appreciated.

Great help from Alistair. Going the extra mile for customer service. And excellent installation by Petar. Let down only by delivery men trailing dirt through my house.

Always helpful staff. Rh seem to give in bias opinions and are always give you ideas and advice. Never feel pressured to buy something and they always seem to connect with you once you have made a purchase to see if all is going well.
