Efficient and professional staff. After I enquired about a certain television they called within a couple of days to say that they had moved it from the warehouse to the shop. Went in to look at it, and after I had bought it the chap kindly lifted it into my boot once I had pulled the car round.

While outstanding customer service is simply a standard norm at Richer Sounds, it still deserves a 5-star mention.

Literally buying a cheapest-of-the-cheap TV for a small space in my mum's kitchen, so I went in knowing exactly what was required. It was all processed with total professionalism and dealt with perfectly with no upselling attempts.

As usual, I will surely be back soon when I am spending many hundreds (or more, shhh!) on a much-bigger spec TV.

All the relevant questions were answered allowing me to make my mind up on the product to purchase. Shop was a little noisy with people talking over each other and a television going, however I felt happy that I had received the advice needed and was happy to purchase the product. It was delivered swiftly, well packed and on time.

Delivery was extremely prompt, within a day of the one-week window. The products themselves are of the highest quality. In-store support was excellent.
