Shop/demo of kit was great, staff at Cheltenham very helpful.
Only letdown (which I don’t hold Richersounds directly responsible for) was my amp delivery arrived a day late when I had taken time out to be available on the arranged delivery date (FedEx were the issue- Leak use them it seems, to courier their goods)

I popped into the shop to discuss my purchase with your team, before progressing with the order. Excellent service as always

Buying is very easy with knowledgeable staff. Delivery was quick and the whole experience was very easy as always. Prices are good and some were much cheaper than local and big stores.
Have used Cheltenham branch for many years and would use again next time I buy.

This is not the only TV I have purchased from Richer Sounds Cheltenham and the service has always been excellent.

I popped in having had them reserve an open box item for me over the phone and it was put aside for me as expected.
The item was brand new, just an opened box so a great saving over the already great priced new item.

Richer Sounds always offer great advice and service. My Marantz and Monitor Audio order was no exception. The items were delivered in perfect condition within two days of placing my order on a Sunday.

I ordered aPhilips record player online and it was delivered to a Richer Sounds shop within three days from where I collected it. Staff at the shop were polite and helpful which added unto excellent service.

The product was not properly described. I was assured I would have a full wireless system so i was disappointed to find that I had a cable linking the two rear speakers.

I don’t blame the staff in Cheltenham for this – they were extremely helpful as always. It’s more the fact that Samsung poorly describe their products.

After looking online I decided I wanted a Ruark R3S in grey colour. I went to my local Richer Sounds in Cheltenham as their price was identical to other retailers (online or store) and I was able to not only see the unit but also listen to how it sounded. The staff were friendly and efficient; they did not have the grey option in stock but the assistant tracked down a unit at another branch for delivery. Free delivery via DPD took three days. Overall, I am very pleased with the R3S and the service I received from Richer Sounds.
