Richer Sounds - Chester レビュー 

A good price and delivery timescales acceptable. Ordered on the Sunday and delivered on the Thursday.
Advised continuously as order was readied for delivery and order tracking was good.
Only issue was that the delivery was an hour and three quarters from when got the call to suggest they would be 30-60 minutes. If they had issues then a further call to say a slight delay would have been grateful, although delivery was within the 3 hour window originally advised. I had arranged to pick daughter up after the hour and luckily my wife was in to take delivery.

As always your team member listen to my issue and came up with a solution. It worked. I’d bought my mother in law a TV for her at her nursing home but she found the remote too confusing and difficult to use so off to RS store and I came away with a simplified version with bigger buttons. You already have a customer for life with me. Thank You RS.

PS Many years ago I got given a pint glass at Christmas from your store it had Santa on it on a beach with the wording something like “You’ll get wrecked on our prices”. Please do them again mine got broken a couple of months ago.

I have used Richersounds for many years and always have received the best advice re a recent TV purchase of a Blue light control model , this included using their recommended Installer James Robinson nothing was too much trouble for him either despite it being late in the day.

Excellent service throughout, thanks to Jon (deputy manager) who followed up with regular updates as I waited for the arrival of an Aero Manhattan box.

My LG tv didn't have Freely, so - without a rooftop aerial - I had to use apps to switch channels. Time-consuming, to say the least! Jon suggested the Manhattan, telling me it would connect Freely and resolve the problem. It did.

In Chester Richer Sounds I found helpful, comprehensive advice. The team there is friendly and patient, and the value second to none. Having taken Jon's advice and placed the order, he contacted me with progress reports and additional tips on fitting the device.

I can't recommend Richer Sounds too highly.

One of the focal speaker support I bought did not work.
As per the saleman at the shop it was the wrong installation.
For me, not.
In any case, after spending more than 2600£ in merchandise, TV, amplifier and speakers, I would have thought didnt have to pay for it wheather the saleman was right or wrong.

Also, when I was described how the Atmos works, I was not told that atmos speakers need 2 additional wire per side.
Which at the moment I am not using as there is not enough room to run them throgh existing passage.

Particularly attentive and knowledgeable staff. Price match policy was noteworthy.

Very impressed with the team at Chester as I was unsure if the streamer I bought would fit in to my system, they reassured me that I could return it within 30days if not happy with it, also the price was very good

John gave me good advice about the product. (Argon Audio Forte A55 active loudspeakers).

The process of buying was made easy and delivery to my home was rapid. The performance of these speakers is amazing! Rich dynamic range and solid low frequency response. I am very happy with my purchase.

when you offer 30 day free returns but neglect to inform the buyer theres a 3 item limit and would prefer to embarrass them in a busy shop

Always get my tv and audio from Richer Sounds. Prices are very competitive, advice is always available - current and experienced, support is helpful, friendly and geek- speak free.
The staff own the company and it shows.

The telesales team and the store team are awesome! Nice to speak to real person who knows their stuff in this age of click and deliver.
Sometimes you know what you want so you click and it arrives.
When you require advise from a real human go to Richer Sounds or give them a bell. The're great!

Fair price and Joe was very helpful on the telephone and called back as soon as he was available. Item was available for collection when you said it would be.

After a lot of research, purchased the TCL 55c7k TV. Way better than my previous Samsung set in every respect. Have had it for a week now and still HUGELY IMPRESSED with the ultra-fine picture detail in particular. Brightness, colour and contrast as close to OLED quality as you could get, for a third of the cost. B&O sound very detailed, more than adequate. Joe was helpful, patient, and understood the application I had for a portable projector....the product is awesome, thank you Joe, well recommended and the perfect item to meet my needs...thank you Joe, and thank you Richer Sounds...spoke to Joe at 4pm, next morning I was setting the projector up (sent by mail order). :)
