Connection that makes the difference

It's all-too common to get connected to a sales representative who only knows how to use the ordering system etc. but each time I have dealt with Richer Sounds it's always someone well-versed in their world and as eager to talk about hardware as I am - a genuine pleasure and a rarity these days when too often skilled and interested people are replaced with automated systems - long may they continue to be human!

Simply brilliant service by the Croydon branch. Just so refreshing to speak to nice people, who know their stuff and bend backwards to help. Super happy with service, advice and products. Nice work.

Purchased a record player for our grandson for his 17th birthday.
Ordered over the phone and all very efficient. Was delivered promptly and in time for his birthday. However when he unpacked it the hinges for the dust cover were missing . I phoned the Croydon branch and spoke to Dominic . Having explained about the hinges missing he said he would send a complete replacement . This came the following day and the original record player was collected . We have a very satisfied and happy grandson playing vinyls just like we did in the 60s ! Everything comes round again 😃

I bought an LG G5, from curry's and was awaiting delivery. It was £2300. I then saw that Richer Sounds was offering the same TV but at £1899 and including an LG sound bar, worth £799. WHAT A DEAL!!! Naturally I cancelled the order with Curry's. Unfortunately there was a bit of a mix up with the delivery date from Richer Sounds. However, they pulled out all of stops and honored the delivery date that had been promised!! They always answer the phone quickly and no question is too much trouble for them. Exceptional service.

The item I ordered from the Croydon Store was out in stock, but could be available for collection the following day. The online payment system did not work, though I tried it twice. This needs sorting out as others may have the same problem paying. Staff at Croydon very helpful and I was able to pay over the phone with the item delivered to my home the following morning.

From the moment I walked in, Dominic went above and beyond to provide a truly first-class service. His professionalism, product knowledge, and genuine willingness to help made the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he took the time to answer every question without making me feel rushed.
Dominic is a real credit to Richard Sounds and a huge asset to the company. Customer service like this is becoming increasingly rare, and I only wish there were more people like him.

We had plenty of questions about the quality of various tvs ie,oled,qled etc,Richard the sales assistant was very knowledgeable and gave us plenty of advice as to what would suit us best,we ended up wigh 65"s90f samsung and a klysch sound bar,very easy installation and we are over the moon with the quality of the products
