I was lucky enough to be able to pre order a Manhattan Aero box to use with my TV without an aerial connection.The box was delivered by DPD sooner than I expected and was given advance notice of my 1Hr slot.
Setting up the device was straightforward and relatively simple, the only additional setup required was registration with various apps before I could use them.
The device performed well and I am happy with my purchase and would recommend Richer Sounds service.

Having decided on a new television that was due in store in a matter of days, I placed an advanced order courtesy of the sales team. Telephone was answered swiftly, all details recorded and within 2 minutes, my order was complete. Soon after, I received confirmation from the delivery team my order had been received. My television arrived yesterday, driver Flynn was very polite and helpful. The process from start to finish has been smooth and seamless. I've been a Richer Sounds customer in excess of 25 years. Not one problem, ever, you guys get it right every time. An astonishing business employing very knowledegable staff.

For me it’s important to shop locally as Richer sounds employs local people and it drives our economy
They did a great job and always try to be helpful they also price matched so I got a great deal too,

I bought a portable cassette player 3 months ago. Devloped a structural issue which meant I couldn't play cassettes on it. Took it back to Richer Sounds in South Croydon & they changed it immediately.
