I wanted a second turntable, nothing too expensive, bluetooth-enabled, to use in my attic room. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Very happy with my purchase - a win-win 'cos I spent a bit more than I intended - great salesperson! Turntable was delivered the next day

The dont try to upsale you, it's just simple advice giving you the chance to make an informed decision,be it that day or another day. It's what the high street is lacking ! Strongly advice trying here before you part with cash at another place !

Dean listened to what I wanted, checked what the different media streamers could do, recommended one that fit my needs (not the most expensive) and ordered it for delivery since out of stock. He even mentioned I could bring it back if it did not work out for me.

The WiiM was an absolute pig to configure properly, so I very nearly did return it, but with a lot of help from Google AI I eventually persuaded it to do exactly what I wanted.

Ordered my TV online for pick up at store,great deals on tvs the cheapest company by far,when went to pick up staff very polite and helped load up car,would definitely use richer sounds again,extremely happy.

Ordered a Chord Company Shawline Power Cable in the Glasgow store. Dean was very helpful and actually phoned the manufacturer directly to establish that stock was available and subsequently arranged for delivery. I received a call the next morning to say it had arrived and ready for pickup. I was also given a price match discount.

Excellent customer service. Very helpful assistant when calling Glasgow shop I think his name was Steven. Delivered quickly to us even though we are regarded as a remote address.

I visited the Glasgow shop to buy a new stereo system (turntable ,amp, CD player and speakers).
I was assisted by Alan. I explained the type of stereo I wanted and what I was able to spend.
Alan was very knowledgeable and spent the time to explain the attributes of each component. This was very helpful and allowed me to purchase a system that I wanted. Delivery was arranged and since setting up and using the stereo, this has proved to a great upgrade on my previous set up. Great service.

Good deal on the tv with a sound system.

Couldn't get the sales person to tell me the differences between 2 models by the same manufacturer. Kept saying the processor wad the difference and wouldn't expand with a simple explanation of picture or TV capability. Good job I'd researched before going into the store.

Was told delivery and installation 2 days later. Howe er that was only delivery to the store. Communication poor regarding delivery date to home and installation as kept getting notified of the delivery information to the store and the store couldn't help as the sales person was off. Sorted once he returned.

Installer did a good job but spent an hour setting up the sound system as didn't realise the speakers were connected with a wire.

Charlie assisted me on both my visits to the store. I bought one item in my first visit, but discovered it was unsuitable for the purposes I intended. On my return, I was assisted with a return to get two items which catered for each use case rather than a single product to fit both. I use both on a daily basis.
