Brilliantly knowledgeable staff and a great audio visual retailer ... But the delivery company they used was not the best.. I hope you guys read this and act... It could cost you future sales

I ordered an Ortofon 2m stylus from the Glasgow shop. I picked the item up 2 days later. The staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. I would have no hesitation in using Richer Sounds again.

Good price, quick delivery. When the remote sensor was found to be faulty, a replacement arrived in short order.
