Amazing customer service.Absolutely no reason anyone should be buying from Amazon for their hifi / TV. great advice given and if you sign up you receive 6 year warranty and price offers. So good.

Wanted to buy new Cambridge audio as my model was the first one. Very supportive staff and received the A100 two days later and very happy with the price with 30% discount linked to fidelity program.

For a budget tuner it was easy to set up and easy to operate!

Absolutely excellent. Bought a cd player for my step mother who struggled to operate it. So malik from the shop came to her house to help. Fantastic customer service and so friendly with it. Would highly recommend.

The sales person was amazing and helpful. I knocked one star off because my purchase is not showing up in the website when I'm logged in. It should have been tagged to my account. It's a big purchase and I want the receipt safe.

I have been a loyal customer of Richer Sounds since 2007, when I purchased my first Marantz AV receiver at their Liverpool Street branch. Over the years, I have upgraded to a Denon AVR-X2100W in 2012, and most recently, a Denon AVC-X2850H a few months ago. On every occasion, the staff have provided exceptional product guidance with the utmost professionalism in a welcoming environment.

Unfortunately, my latest Denon receiver developed a major defect with the Optical 1 port after two months of use. I contacted the London Bridge branch via email to ask if I could bring the unit in for testing. Alex replied immediately, confirming that I was welcome to drop by at my convenience for assistance.

When I arrived the following day, Alex and Ali thoroughly evaluated the receiver. Their customer service was excellent — they resolved the matter seamlessly and arranged a brand-new replacement unit, which was delivered directly to my home via DPD within three days.

Richer Sounds is an outstanding retailer staffed by passionate, dedicated professionals. I recommend them 100% .

Bad communication, untidy showroom, system not working properly ,selling items not working properly.

The remote stopped working on my amp 6 weeks after purchase, messaged richer sounds they then got one delivered the next day, Impressive Amazon Level customer service

Unfortunately, having looked into the H4i further, I’ve realised that the stations I was hoping to source are no longer available through the system. This was really the main reason I felt it represented good value for money, as I was expecting to be able to receive those stations through the H4i.

I appreciate that this may not be something within your control, but unfortunately it means the purchase doesn’t quite meet the purpose I had in mind. I was therefore wondering if we could possibly look at an alternative solution, whether that be an exchange, return, or perhaps another option that would allow me to achieve what I originally intended.

I’ve always found your service to be very good, which is why I’m hoping we can find a mutually suitable way forward.

There was a problem with the cd player I bought from RS in London Bridge. I rang them and went to collect a replacement the following morning. Great service- which I've experienced from RS for decades.

Ordering was easy. The item (ear buds) took a little longer to arrive in store than expected but ok.

Collection took longer than it should. One staff member was dealing with another customer and didn't acknowledge my presence. Another staff member walked through the store and didn't acknowledge my presence on their way out or back.

I waited until the first staff member finished dealing with their customer and whatever they needed to do and then they eventually got to me.

Overall, it was ok but it wasn't the friendliest customer experience I've had.

The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable.

I arranged a demo at Richer Sounds to compare how various CD systems I had read about actually sound before buying. They had the units that interested me. I was able to discuss with the Sales Adviser the differences I perceived and compare them with his thoughts. He then brought in a CD player that I was unaware of, after comparison this is the unit I confidently bought. This is exactly the experience and end result I value from knowledgeable staff in real shops like Richer Sounds.
