I thought the salesperson’s advice was useful. I thought I was offered a good deal. I appreciated the quick delivery time.

The one time is felt I needed more help was setting up my TV and sound bar. How should I get the best picture/sound? I think YouTube instructional videos, made by Richer Sounds, would fill this gap.

Your staff were Very helpful and knowledgeable. I bought exactly what I intended and some nice speaker's! When the first amp went wrong they sorted it straight away and delivered a new amp which is working perfectly. Thanks

Easy shopping experience, ordered a new turntable which I collected from the London Bridge store, excellent staff, friendly and helpful

I really loved being able to come there myself and showcase the headphones, it was a great experience and the staff there were lovely.Furthermore the place was very authentic I could tell they had a real love for not just music mixing and production but also listening as well

Purchase of my Sony Blu Ray was very straightforward and the staff were efficient and the product arrived the next day as advised for me to collect.
My only comment was that I wasn’t able to collect the product the next day as the London Bridge store was busy and staff were dealing with other customers. I collected the following day.

Robin, one of the sales managers at London Bridge was very attentive when I needed help choosing a TV, which I did, and paid for, pending delivery. He was even more helpful when I rang up the next morning to say that I wanted to forgo the hoopla with having it wall mounted, cancel the order for the set I'd just ordered, buy a better quality pedestal version instead. I had never even heard of Mitchell Brown who made the set which I purchased. Mo, who had been recommended to install and set it up was equally helpful and professional.

Excellent communication, really quick to respond. They honoured their price beat promise with 6 years warranty on the TV I bought. I've been a Richer Sounds customer for an extremely long time, and I keep coming back for my A/V purchases. Delivery was incredible, next day after I ordered on a Sunday. Thanks to Robin for getting my TV to me fast and painlessly. I'll keep coming back.
