Great Service as always, great prices, friendly staff, Well Recommended.

Ordered a TV for bedroom on Thursday and picked it up on Friday from Middlesbrough store. Staff are super friendly and efficient. The TV was good value as usual, we have been buying TVs from Richer Sounds for many years now and really like the choice and value for money as well as the free six year warranty

Sound and comprehensive advice as always..

When I walked in to your shop I was warmly greeted. Paul asked me about were the new TV would be located in my front room and what size TV I was thinking of buying. Paul then went on to asking about my price range No pressure all, I had a list of TV,S and prices I was considering which we went through. Going through the pro,S and cons. Paul then suggested he TV I eventually bought. LG C5 .
