Best service I've ever had, for anything, ever.On the phone and instore. Both staff were 10 out of 10.Wouldn't go anywhere else now.

Really knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly. A great help.

Guys recommend amazing and brilliant Hisense tv,best ever owned, will definitely use again, so helpful and kind explaining everything.

Great shopping experience. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Equipment is available to try out, in-store. Best prices I could find, anywhere. Great range of TV, HiFi, etc.
Parking places directly outside of the shop are very convenient, too.

Called into Richer Sounds to see if they had the make and model of headphones I was looking for. Service was outstanding. I left the store after about 5 minutes with the headphones and the bill was discounted by £10. Great result as always from Richer Sounds.

The staff were incredibly helpful and ordered my streamer without any hitches which arrived the next day. I also got a small discount as I needed to get a dongle so I can use it with headphones.

Regarding Richer Sounds Customer Service addressing a very problematic AV Amp purchase...
It was addressed and I received a replacement the very next day.
They organised the pickup with the delivery.
And I was good to go...
As far as the purchase of the Amp, that tested my patience and sanity, but the exchange was up and running.
Fully configured with both my power amp, 5.1.2 speaker setup and media server.
So...i can sleep easy...

Very good impartial advice. Always friendly and helpful in store. Great products at the right price with free next delivery if not available in store or if I am unable to collect from store. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ always my go to for audio & av equipment and I keep going to Richersounds. Only use Middlesbrough store as nearest to me and all the team there are outstanding.

I’ve used Richer Sounds for various purchases for decades. Always good! Fair pricing, not much more to ask.

Disappointed, I thought that the 6 year guarantee was for 6 years, I never realised that you would not repair the TV and only offer partial refund. I now have to go and buy another TV. I should have just bought a cheap one to begin with. The staff in Middlesbrough were really helpful but bound by this policy.
