I knew exactly what TV i wanted to purchase but was unsure if i could in corporate the TV with my existing media system ie amplifier. Stuart talked me through everything and even after installation there was a sound issue. Stuart again went the extra mile came out and recalibrated my whole system with the addition of a new cable. In the future i may well need to update my system and Richer Sounds will be my first port of call.

This shop is ideal with free parking at the front, expert knowledge, good understanding of products and aware of current deals and discounts such as Blue Light Card, will return for more products in time.

Being new to modern Hi Fi I wasn’t sure what cables and connections I needed, no problem David at Richer Sounds Middlesbrough sorted me out and made them up even gave me a discount. Will definitely be using them again.

After problems installing WiFi on my new TV Stuart came today with another TV and spent hours figuring out what the problem was...and solved it! service impeccable, so professional and caring...above and beyond what ive experienced elsewhere. Went into store on a Sunday ordered the TV I wanted . Helpful friendly staff . TV came a few days later . There was a problem with the TV contacted them on phone and they sorted the problem straight away. Got another TV with in a few days and the other TV was removed with the packaging. Very happy with my TV and my 6 years guarantee

The team at Middlesbrough were patient and helpful when I was looking to purchase a TV and sound bar for a media wall. Once I had selected equipment, they put me in touch with a local installer who was able to explain what was required for the audio visual items.

I was not aware that Richer Sounds could have put me in touch with installers. Knowing this would have been helpful in reducing time to purchase.

Staff were excellent knowledge second to none, the Denon CD / Receiver is just what I wanted and very happy with purchase.

Excellent support from the team in store (Middlesbrough). Good product availability and fair part exchange. Product retrospectively price matched without difficulty making the whole buying experience a pleasure.

Having bought from here on numerous times and had no problem at all, the staff are very knowledgeable and make you feel important, I wouldn't go anywhere else for my entertaint needs, they are by far the best!!!

The manager Paul helped me sort out the Samsung TV
QE55QN90F I had problems setting this TV up as it has a Eco sensor and screen brightness built into the TV
I also purchased a Samsung HW-Q800F/XU soundbar with this TV
No problem connecting TV soundbar and DVD that I had
All seemed ok working well then as night came the TV went into Eco mode I could not see the TV screen no matter what I did to disable it the TV would not do anything. I’ve since found out from Paul from Richer sounds that if you don’t change other settings on the TV you cannot disable the Eco mode
I believe that Samsung should let customers know this spent two days trying to sort this out with Paul’s help have now sorted the TV out thanks Paul and staff at Richer sounds Middlesbrough

Just can't fault these guys! Nothing is ever a problem. Every time I visit the Middlesbrough store, I'm always met with a smile and a friendly and professional attitude. Had a problem with my speaker cables after moving my system around and although they no longer stock the cable I wanted, I was given various options. Instead of buying the single length I wanted, I did have to buy 2 lengths but at a very decent price. I'm more than happy as the newer, thicker, improved cable has given an improved sound and clarity to my Wharfedale Evo 4.4's. Thanks guys!
