Richer Sounds - Middlesbrough レビュー 

I've been a fan and customer for decades. I contacted the store by phone was given guidance on selecting a new TV. I called into Middlesbrough on a Saturday, my new TV was delivered the following Monday. Excellent service from staff and speedy delivery.

I had a rough idea what i wanted, but I wasn't 100% sure. I emailed my local shop and Stu replied, helping me with my queries back and forth- he then ordered in the item I was looking to buy to have a look and listen to (a Fiio DM15).
It was there within a day or two, and I was left to try the gear in their listening room- no hassle, no sale pushiness or pressure- just sound advice and help when asked for.
Sure enough, I was impressed with it and was helped with the purchase, even having a VIP discount applied for me though id forgotten about being signed up for it - very helpful indeed.
At the till we were talking about MP3 players and the chaps mentioned a snowsky player they had been impressed with; it was on offer and I picked one up for my wife. Again, there was no sales push, just people who're interested in audio chatting about audio, and in the process, letting the products sell themselves.
I will always buy from RS if they stock what I'm after. Having their local knowledge and facilities allowed me to decide on what I wanted and test it with my own cd's and headphones. They allowed the making of this purchase to be well informed, tested, and right for me. 10/10

The staff at the Middlesbrough branch are always friendly and informative. My purchase today was as usual spot on no better place than Richer to buy and I do not go anywhere else for TV or hi-fi.

Great information of system and setup.

Postage was good, purchased some special edition monitor audio silver 100 7g speakers open box unfortunately no certificate of authenticity in the box,i suppose i should of asked first, fighting for one now from monitor audio direct saying that the price was good and helpful service
Update i raised a ticket with ma to clarify the certificate, they said it was only the green 50th anniversary ones that came with one and they would look into a company called audiohum and famous Google ai as they were both wrong and did apologise and look into it.with open box speakers I did ask what the warranty would be on them but had no answer yet from richer sounds

Excellent customer service and LG G6 is a big step up from the old Philips 935 OLED.

G6 arrived on time and even got a follow up phone call to make sure everything was ok

I stick with Richer Sounds because I know the people know what they are talking about and always give good advice. On top of that you get excellent service.

Ordered MDA tv unit over telephone for click and collect from Middlesbrough branch. Unit was on time as arranged. Staff were very friendly and helpful with loading collection and reduced price by £10.

From ordering to delivery and set up Richer Sounds were superb. You would never get that sort of service from Curry's. Richer Sounds were cheaper and there was no pressure to buy a sound bar after explaining what we wanted to Paul who advised we didn't really need one.

Same as every other time, the service was excellent. Only place to go to in my opinion when you want to buy tvs or hifi equipment and accessories. I have been a customer at Richer Sounds for over 25 yrs. The friendly and knowledgeable staff,the service, great advice and prices create the perfect retail outlet. Deliveries are spot on too. Kept updated on progress and delivered with care to room of choice. Also the new LG oled g5 tv i bought is superb as well.

I had a brilliant experience with Stuart and Paul at the end of last year, when I took their advice and went with the Marantz streaming amp. It wasn’t the cheapest option but I’m so pleased I listened to them. It was now time to complete the system with some decent speakers. I always prefer to shop face to face so I once again called the Middlesbrough branch (although over twice the distance from Newcastle you can park outside the shop). Speakers weren’t in stock but they sent a link for payment and goods arrived next day, exactly in the carrier’s 1 hour slot. 20 minutes later my Wharfedale Diamond 220’s were up and running. Well done and 5 stars from me
