Great service, really knowledgeable without pushy selling tactics and some really great products at excellent prices.

The shopping experience with Richer Sounds is great because a) they have a wide range of equipment that I'm interested in at competitive prices
b) ordering on the website is simple; if your local branch hasn't got the item in stock, you can have it delivered to your home address or pick it up from the shop when it comes in
c) the staff are friendly, knowledgable and efficient and they make the whole experience great.

The price and sound is absolutely amazing. Would definitely recommend

I managed to replace my old cd player with a new one in a few minutes. Sounds good as well.
Parking around the store is tricky but I was able to park on the delivery bay, so no problem.

My experience at Richer Sounds Milton Keynes was excellent. The service was amazing, Adam one of the Staff members were very friendly and helpful. I can’t thank him enough for how amazing he was. I’m very happy with my Roksan Attessa CD Transport, after having it for a week it sounds amazing.

They were able to access a product I wanted even though it wasn’t part of their regular stock and it was supplied to me the following day at a price £150 cheaper than anywhere else I could purchase it locally. Was is there not to like ?? The staff were very helpful they called me when it was in.

The shop was great the delivery from dpd was poor tried to deliver and 7.35 am on monday without any txt or email warning
I registered on the app upgrade delivery to their so call vip service (£5) and ask for afternoon delivery that was confirmed by email and low and behold they delivered at 7.30 am again the email for delivery came 10 minutes before the arrived and it was by luck i hadnt gone for run that morning and was in

I called about an item but it was out of stock in the warehouse so the manager asked to call me back once he’d had a look through local stock in the shop. I called in the next day to collect it but was there before official opening hours. The staff onsite helped me collect my item and be on my way without any fuss.

I bought Sennheiser cordless headphones at the MK branch at 11.11 am on Friday 31 July. They were not in stock so I expected standard delivery (free p&p) would take a few days. They arrived the next day (Saturday).
The staff were knowledgeable and friendly. Great service.

Super fast getting the product in next day for me to collect or the option of delivery. Took it out to my car. Always a good service, keep up the good work.

Paddy, Tom and the whole team provided an excellent service in resolving my issues. Sadly, Sony did not provide the level of support I expected, but Richer Sounds went above and beyond to help resolve the matter. I’m extremely grateful for their professionalism, communication and commitment to getting things sorted.

Walked into your MK Branch on Saturday to purchase a soundbar. Was welcomed by Adam, what a super customer experience it was. Adam took me through all the options and we whittled it down to 3 items the one i selected wasn't in stock in store but he let me have the display model at a discounted price. He went on to carefully check all the items were present. Super customer service, so refreshing to receive this, made my day. Thank you Adam

Very good place to buy from 2nd tv and surround ive purchased and always give best deals and awesome customer service, we had issues with tv damaged on delivery and Aiden sorted it in milton keynes in 24 hours, thank you
