Very knowledgeable and helpful people on the end of the phone and very willing to solve any issues.

Really happy with my experience buying my new Samsung TV from Richer Sounds. The phone service was excellent – the person I spoke to was friendly, helpful, and made everything really easy. I also got a great discount,( price match) which was a lovely bonus!

Great customer service, great price, and a smooth buying experience from start to finish. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from Richer Sounds again. And 6 years warranty!!!

Aidan at the MK branch of Richer Sounds has always been super helpful and trustworthy.

This time he advised on a replacement turntable, plus with guidance as to how we might set it up and connect it to our existing system. He is also willing to talk us through once it arrives, if we find that we need a little more help. He never over-sells and can be trusted to support us in making the decision that's right for us.

Also really reassuring to see the staffing continuity in this employee-owned company - all credit to them.

Bought the Audio-Technica LP60XBT Black bluetooth turntable as a present for my wife's birthday .
The delivery was brilliant, the actual turntable is amazing. So nice to hear all our old vinyls again .

Easy to order and delivery came sooner than expected

Last Tuesday I phoned the MK Branch and spoke to Mark.
I asked if it was possible to listen to a Ruark R410 coupled to a CD player and a Sub Woofer.
He stated that I could purchase them and try for a month if I wasn't happy I could return them.
I asked if he could put this in writing,five minites latter I recieved an e mail and a Quote from Mark who then answered all my questions so I paid
The next day I had a Text from DPD saying my goods were being deliverd between 1 &2pm
The goods arrived on time and were in pristene condition.
I have now built up and installed and am very happy,because if I have a problem Mark will be there to help.
Once again many thanks to Mark who is a credit to your organization.

All good, but no stock of the product

We visited the Milton Keynes store and was assisted by Gilbert who was very pleasant and knowledgeable.
He answered all our questions and we purchased a 42* Samsung Oled.
Have just put it up son wall so obviously too soon to say about product but all seems great.

Had a great experience at the store a few months ago, and have only put this review up after seeing the notification. They were great help walking me through the best quality TVs within my price and were just pleasant all-round. Unfortunately, I can't remember the gentleman's name who helped me but I left pleased and my TV has been great since I got it!

Excellent service from the guys in your Milton Keynes shop, and when I called to let them know that the assembly pack was missing they couldn't have handled it better 😊. I had the replacement pack within 24 hours - cracking service and a quality product 😊
