Richer Sounds - Milton Keynes レビュー 

Realised I forgot my earbuds when I arrived to Milton Keynes, saw that these guys were the only ones with a specific pair of earbuds in stock so ordered for collection on the train. Arrived in and went straight there to collect, admittedly before they had sent the message saying they were ready, and was given professional service and collected them within about 2 minutes. Saw that they have a huge offering of everything audio visual in store and online, never heard of them before but a very positive experience.

The service and advice was excellent. I made a big purchase but wanted the correct set up. I can't remember the gentlemans name however his knowledge was very good and Communication was great. I need to purchase more so will definitely be going back.

I purchased an expensive extension lead, on the phone I was told they didn’t price match accessories couldn’t find that information on the website. When I went to the store I told a member of staff this he asked me for prove of the lower price I showed him the website, he immediately discounted the item so fair play I was very happy

I ordered an AV amp over the phone from the Milton Keynes branch as stock was limited. Spoke with a very helpful staff member (Richard) and it was delivered next day - much quicker than expected. Sadly DPD had dropped it from a height onto the corner, so packaging was damaged and the metal case itself was creased as a result. I called and spoke again to Richard who was very apologetic, and straight away arranged for the despatch of an upgraded model at no extra charge and the simultaneous collection of the damaged package. Although it’s not directly Richer Sounds’ fault, but DPD were useless again as this time too as they tried to deliver to a neighbour rather than our house, and so they had to come back again next day after I’d ‘explained’ to them what they’d got wrong. Anyway, big thanks to Richer Sounds Milton Keynes and Richard in particular!

Very attentive sales staff. Answered all questions and didn’t attempt to aggressively upsell me. The wrong cord was included with one of my components and I had to return to the store to exchange it (40-mile round trip). An innocent mistake but was compensated for my trouble with a free record cleaning accessory. No complaints here - very happy!

Sale dealt with over the phone. Projector was here on time.

Ordered via click and collect, delivered the next day. Good customer service, and never had an issue with orders or shop service. Always go the extra mile with adjustments to accessory needs etc.

The shop staff we very helpfull, the product was exactly what we wanted at a good price. We were able to park outside to pickup the equipment, which was ideal.

b) ordering on the website is simple; if your local branch hasn't got the item in stock, you can have it delivered to your home address or pick it up from the shop when it comes in
c) the staff are friendly, knowledgable and efficient and they make the whole experience great.
