Quick delivery, friendly service on pick up - shop ordered stands for me which could not be purchased on-line

Nottingham Richer Sounds continues to deliver outstanding service. Item delivered when said and lots of advice picking the right product for me.

Fantastic service from the team at Nottingham. From start to finish they couldn’t do enough. 4 stars awarded purely on the basis that the installation contractor they recommended has be a huge let down and that they should have engaged with the Richer Sounds specialist team on my project from the start; otherwise it would have been a 5 star review and the fourth star is purely for Tim from the specialist team for being SO BRILLIANT!
I’ve had several issues with the installation contractor (Virtuoso AV) and this has left a bad taste from an overall good experience.

I was feeling quite lost, trying to find the right setup for an old turntable that I'd been given by a relative. The abundance of choice and information on the Internet can be overwhelming for me, so I went for some in-person advice.
On my first visit into Richer Sounds, I was given clear, simple advice for what to look for. There wasn't any pressure to buy and I was given plenty of patience to ask any questions I had about the potential set up.
Afterwards, I found a model of speakers for a reasonable price that was luckily in stock at Richer Sounds. I booked in for a test with these speakers and a budget friendly pre-amp (chosen by the shop staff). When I next visited, I was brought into a separate room where I could test my turntable from home connected to the new speakers and pre-amp. I was very happy with the sound quality and decided to purchase the whole set up.

I'd certainly recommend Richer Sounds to those looking for anything hi-fi or TV related.

Good communication between stores. Bit of parking at the Notts store which is a benefit. Everything ready and the guy carried the tv to my car.

Proffesional service and a team that have worked together for years, are a breath of fresh air in these times of " we must meet targets and forget the customer service" I have used the nottingham shop for years and its great to see that nothing has changed in regards to how you are treated as a customer. Alex the manager as helpful as he always has been , along with great staff.

Needed a new TV, gentleman in shop spent time going through all the options . Purchased TV that day . Delivered in timely manner.

Great service, advice was really good on which TV to suit the lighting and windows in my room. Everything arrived in time and delivery service guy was also great. Highly recommend.

It was a pleasure to speak with Ben who was very polite and extremely helpful. He sorted out my tv and surround sound system in quick time and spoke in layman's terms, with being a novice to this field.

All the staff who i spoke to were very helpful and friendly. No pushy sales talk or up-selling which is always a plus. Listening room was excellent and ended up with a very nice set of HD 600's. Very happy with them and I will be back as i am wanting to upgrade my front speakers on my main system.
