Helpful service and advice from RS staff in-store and over the phone. Incredibly speedy and efficient delivery. Excellent product. Very happy.

I'm a bit of a vintage audio nut, but Richer Sounds have been my go-to supplier of new hifi for more years than I care to remember. Always excellent service and good prices (especially if you join their VIP club).

Overall, a very positive experience.
Your colleague who was helping me was very curteous, helpful and knowledgeable. Initially, I had some difficulties getting the speakers to work at the right volume.(Something to do with default factory setting). But after some ten minutes of research, they work to my full satisfaction.
Richer Sounds will be my first port of call for my future 'sounds' needs.

They spoke well on the replacement hi fi I was looking for and had the very machine I needed then carried it out to my car

The right product, sold by real people that know what they are doing. I should have gone here first (first TV failed, bought from a Tesco partner supplier 180 miles from home - what a faff!)

The guys at Watford were excellent, as you'd expect from Richer Sounds. The reason for not proving the fifth star relates to your chosen courier. I advised that delivery was not to be made on Saturday 25th as I would not be available to take delivery and that delivery should be Monday 27th. Despite this clarity DPD delivered on the Saturday regardless!! So that aspect was exceptionally poor and not what I would expect.

Having had my to for only 9months it broke down and staff said bring it back and they replaced it there and then couldn’t have been more helpful
