Always have great service from Richer Sounds and honest advice which is very much appreciated. Small issue with a missing accessory which was sorted quickly between York and my local store. Do wish website pricing and availability was more accurate, especially on clearance deals.

I popped in to the York store while away with my Wife for a few days Joe an Kevin were busy but I was made welcome despite the shop being full.
Kevin became free and disussed in just enough detail not be baffled about what I was looking for.
He knew I wast buying there and then but still spent time totally unlike your usual hi fi store which just want money and done with whatever they want you to have. He surprisingly stayed in contact methodicly went through my mind changes. My Wife bought me the recommended speakers which are perfect. I have the recommended cable in post as we speak and I am saving like crazy to purchase the recommended pre amp and power amp. Basicaly what Kevin has done is show exactly what excellent customer service should look like and then go that little bit further. I have the unenviable task of managing managers who have teams of people who should be nowhere near a customer. You as Richer Sound have more than the right peson doing the job. He has totally restored my faith and from now on will get all of my tv and hi fi from Richer Sound York.Even though I manchester. Credit where credit is due.

We dealt with Kevin who spent a lot of time with us listening to our requirements and demonstrating the soundbar performance. There was no pressure and we went away to check what would fit. We returned and bought the soundbar whilst it was on offer and are very happy with it.

A good price for the Hisense tv and stand and excellent service from James who installed it

The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. They spent time discussing our choices and suggested options. We are very pleased with our purchases which we made in store and were then delivered by lunchtime the next day.

Sonos had offers on, plus a 2 year warranty. I rang Richer Sounds up and not only did Joe match the Sonos offer he discounted it a bit more too, plus I got a 6 year warranty on the sonos speakers I got from Richer Sounds in York🙂

Richer Sounds always delivers on service and choice. They also really know their stuff when it comes to AV tech. If a product is available elsewhere for a few quid less, I'll still go with RS.

Ordered over phone at York store, was provided relevant info regarding specs before purchase by Sean. Ready for colletion as promised. Very happy.

Staff were great as usual but the tv was delivered 24 hours later than booked. Waited in all day wasted a day and then had to cancel and they re arrange the installer who could only fit in the installation in eight days time.
