I recently part exchanged a Mission amp & speakers for an Orange Box L Bluetooth speaker & Project phono box with the York store. The staff were all very helpful responding to my initial enquiries over e-mail. I went into the store & Joe the manager gave me a demo of the Orange box & explained how I could use my existing turntable with it. Joe also went above & beyond as he offered to collect the items I was part-exchanging & did so once I had boxed them up. I was really impressed by the level of service. Thanks Joe & the team at York, I am really pleased with my new purchases.

We had a great experience at the York store. Mike helped us decide on a replacement TV game giving us clear detailed advice which enabled us to make an informed decision about our purchase.
