We ordered a television online for our son for Christmas, unfortunately the TV had a black line right through the middle of the screen. I contacted richer sounds on boxing day and they were great, they offered a free collection and replacement, we asked if we could just go and swap it at our local store rather than wait in for the courier, this was fine by them. The guys in the York store were really helpful and friendly great customer service.

I have been a customer of Richer Sounds for over twenty years and have always looked for the required products to meet my needs at Richer Sounds first. This is due to competitive pricing and the expertise and knowledge of sales assistants who are happy to help.
The range of goods is impressive and should installation be required they can also arrange that.

I went on a recommend from a friend. The sales assistant was friendly helpful and informative. I ordered the item then and there and it arrived the next morning at the time that they said it would.
