Ordered a CD player and it was delivered swiftly to the store. The product is exactly what we were looking for.Every member of staff we have dealt with in the York store have been knowledgeable, polite and very helpful.

Went to the York with a set idea of what I wanted.
After browsing for a short while I was approached by Arron who asked what I was looking for, after telling him what I had in mind he asked a few questions and advised me what would be better for me, saving me a considerable amount of money.
Talked me through how to set up the tone arm and system.
All delivered to my home within two days, all set up and sounds amazing.

I am 88 years old living through the times when you could expect retailers to give a service not normally found today.
What a pleasant supprise when I went into the York store to find it staffed by enthusiastic experts patient enough to spend time with and advise a not too tech savvy oldie. Such a change from ill informed poorly trained staff so often encountered today.
Would recomend their services to anyone

Had a few issues with the website and Visa but Arron sorted it all out. Nice friendly service and we got it resolved. My order arrived on Monday and is fantastic. Just what I wanted at a brilliant price.
Can't say anything more..just keep on doing what you do.

All the staff I spoke to either on the `phone or in the shop were helpful, professional, friendly and explained clearly anything I wanted to know. The demonstration of the products I purchased was extremely useful and enabled me to make a decision.

I always purchase tvs from Richer sounds. The staff are always knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and supportive. They are not pushy, listen to what you want and always give the best advice. I normally purchase my tvs from the Hull branch but found myself in the York one on this occasion and the staff there were just as helpful and informative. I went on to purchase my new tv at a very reasonable price and had it delivered free of charge only a couple of days later. The delivery drivers kept us updated on their expected arrival an were even slightly ahead of schedule. Would not hesitate to recommend Richer sounds to anyone who may be looking for a new audio/visual product.

Excellent service

The TV was listed at a brilliant price and cheaper than any other retailer. In addition I got a free sound bar making it an even better deal which couldn't be beaten. Not only was the item and offer great, the customer service is second to none. Highly highly recommended Thank you Richer Sounds :)

Well they TV went on they wall and it still hang on they really so fantastic job.

However with they TV Arieal wire it was not very good as it broke and did get new wire they TV picture has no broken squares not that happy with they white plastic case that keeps wire concealed job not well done have wish to get card they person who had fixed TV on they wall but did not get any and they shop will contact they person to call round to reevaluate they job.

Just like too add that through going too Richer Sounds and today no person has been to see what work need to be carried out.

Absolutely fantastic service at the York branch from both Kevin and Arron.

Everything perfect except for the actual payment.
Had to make several attempts to pay.
In every instance at the very end of the process my online banking came up “payment failed”
Spoke to Robin at London Bridge store and he really tried to help but the payments still failed.
Next day spoke to York store and again exceptional help with the guys actually running “dummy runs” whilst I stayed on the phone to see if there was a faulty payment system.
My daughter even tried to buy the tv using her iPad and using her own credit card and that also failed.
Eventually after I suggested giving my card details over the phone it was decided a bank transfer should be used which worked first time.
Nothing showed on any of my credit cards which I had tried to use as they all failed apart from Amex which had four pending transactions for five days!
These have now gone from the account but still it took two days to complete the process.
However top marks to Robin at London bridge store who even offered a small extra discount for 24 hours and the team at York who eventually succeeded in the purchase going through.
Delivery guys great asked where I wanted the tv and very polite and helpful.
The tv is great with an incredible picture.
