I hate writing a bad review. I ordered an item, listed as in stock, ships in 1 to 3 days. Ordered confirmed by email.
After no communication by day 6 I sent a query…no response….phoned repeatedly..no answer!
Raised a dispute with PayPal and emailed them again…still no response and more calls not answered.
PayPal dispute escalated and should get a refund.
They have a history of this behaviour. Something is not right here with the business model!

Part of my order was missing. No replys from phone calls and emails. Been over a week now. Very disappointed

Excellent service from Simon. I was put off a little by some of the other comments in the reviews, but as I bought arrows for my other crossbow from here and never had any issues I thought I’d go for it…. Glad i went with my gut feeling.
I ordered a Cobra RX 130 but didn’t realise I had to send ID as I had previously bought arrows for my Hex400. Contacted Simon as I hadn’t had an email to say it’s out for delivery, he explained what I had to do, I sent ID and he sent it out immediately, had it a day later. I’ll be buy everything I need from here.

Ordered an item that was in stock that was several hundred pounds, got an email from the owner a week later saying they would refund me or I could wait until the following week when it was back in a stock, which I opted for. Have emailed several times since and have been completely ignored.

Terrible customer service and false advertising saying they have items in stock that they don’t, seems to just to get the money in. Even worse when it’s the owner that I have been emailing.

I wouldn’t go near this lot again for your money and times sake.

Ended up having to go to my bank for help.

I have recently placed another order for a second revo 7, plus other accessories.

The service, including the after sales service, (thankyou Simon) has been absolutely outstanding. Their high standards are a rarity when shopping online these days.

I recently ordered the EK Archery Revo 7 (90 lb) pistol crossbow from Rifleworks, and I’m really impressed with the whole experience overall. The website was easy to use, the product information was clear, and checkout was straightforward.

Delivery was very quick and the crossbow arrived in just 2 days, well packaged and exactly as described. The item itself feels solid, compact, and well made. It performs brilliantly straight out of the box, and you can tell it’s good quality for the price. It’s a really fun little crossbow and definitely worth the money.

The only small issue I had was that the tracking link in the confirmation email didn’t work properly, so I couldn’t follow the parcel’s progress. That said, the order still turned up quickly and in perfect condition, so it wasn’t a big deal at all.

Overall, I’m really happy with my purchase and the service from Rifleworks. Fast delivery, quality product, and a smooth experience from start to finish. I’d happily buy from them again and would recommend them to anyone looking for archery or crossbow gear.

Placed a sizeable order on Wednesday, arrived today (Friday). Great comms with Simon, just make sure you use the correct number on the 'Contact Us' page as some of the listings show an different number which isn'g registered on Whatsapp. Wouldn't hesitate to use again.

Update 8/12/25 18:48: No response to my 2nd chaser email so no option but to raise a dispute with Visa. Would I ever use Rifleworks again; No.

Ordered a bipod which came promptly but wasn't what I wanted in the end so returned on 16.12.24. Royal Mail tracker confirms delivery of the return but as of today, 8.1.25 no acknowledgement of the return nor any refund issued. I know it has been christmas in this period but this is way too long.

I recently purchased the EK Archery Cobra RX Adder. It was so easy to assemble/disassemble and came with extra bolts. I’m really impressed.
