I have leveraged RightAngle for research support a number of times over the last 5-10 years, both in my capacity as a consultant and in corporate roles when we were seeking external validation on our strategy. The RightAngle team is professional, efficient, and flexible. They have consistently connected me to relevant subject matter experts in multiple fields spanning CPG, R&D, manufacturing, and investing, while offering attractive budget options even for projects that are smaller in scope. They are very nimble and deliver results quickly.

In the recent past, I had an opportunity to interact with RightAngle Global for the first time. The RightAngle team was very Professional and operated with Honesty & Integrity during the entire duration of my interaction with them and their Client.
After my successful meeting with their Client, the RightAngle team processed and made my payment with utmost Professionalism and swiftness.

Truly an amazing experience in my first consultation for RightAngle. Sorina was truly amazing. The communication, respect for my time and pre-screen process was flawless. The consultation was great. The post consultation was even better...one follow up question, via LinkedIn, in a very respectful follow up manner--which shows that the client was engaged, read their notes and transcripts and that it helped...then the payment was made within 2 days...truly disruptive in this industry. Right Angle does an excellent job connecting experienced experts with their client’s current & future needs. Straight from the initial connect established with me by Natalia Patarkatsashvili from Right Angle; until the completion of the assignment, that she facilitated was flawless.
I found the whole process extremely professional. I understand the client was also quite happy with the insights gained by them. Am happy to collaborate further with Natalia/ Right Angle Global, as they clearly know their business.

As a former employee of this company I can say that the team consists of many great professionals who are always there to deliver great results while maintaining a positive environment with other colleagues.

Same cannot be said about the company’s director Daniela. Unfortunately, her leadership turns this prospective company into a micromanagement pyramid, where every task, no matter how small or big, is constantly double-checked, which not only creates a strong sense of lack of trust, but also slows down the pace at which the work is done. Sadly, the micromanagement tendencies of Daniela also cross into the realm of privacy invasion. During my work at RightAngle, my productivity software app installed on my corporate laptop started taking photos with my web camera every minute, instead of just capturing screenshots of what I was doing at that moment. It so happened that this began happening at the same time as Daniela started to question the amount of effort I put into my work. After communicating with support team of the productivity app I confirmed my suspicions that web camera snapshots function was enabled manually for my laptop, without my consent. Such disrespectful intrustion into my private life was among the reason for me leaving the company.

For a small team to thrive and grow it has to have a proper leader guiding it toward success. Someone who would trust the team and view them as competent equals. As of now RightAngle lacks this crucial aspect, which in my opinion, limits its prospects.

Aside from this negative aspect, there are plenty of great professionals working at RightAngle who will ensure that your consulting needs are fulfilled with top-notch quality. Best of luck to all of them!
