The Rigid Kitchen Company レビュー

i am so loving my new kitchen, top quality service from start to finish, the attention to detail and great advise from the design right to the fitting, John my designer and spencer my kitchen fitter have been on point every step of the way, and given me the best functioning and stylish top quality kitchen i wanted.
(thanks for helping me make the island move, i know i have been a pain...) the biggest thankyou to you guys at rigid :-)

This is the second kitchen we have had from Rigid, I would most definitely recommend them and use again. We received great honest guidance from John and our fitter Spencer worked solidly to get it all completed timely. The project management by Spencer was superb and the plasterer and electricians were very good.
I don’t believe you will get better elsewhere!

We are very happy with our Rigid Kitchen.
From delivery of our kitchen on the morning to the finishing touches, we could not fault them.
We wanted to support a small local company but thought they would be too expensive, but we were plenty surprised.
John talked me through all the different options of different appliances and prices, with no nonsense.
A special shout out goes to Chris our fitter, who was second to none. He came when he said and took a great pride in his work. We are very fuzzy people and we just couldn’t fault him. His attention to detail was first class. He was a pleasure to have in our home.
Couldn’t recommend enough.
Thank you Rigid kitchen we are very happy customers.😊

We wanted a local company to help design supply and fit our new kitchen and decided on The Rigid Kitchen Company in Shenstone.
From start to finish, including any communications they were on the ball. Kev who fitted it was punctual and cleaned up every day, plus he did a fantastic job 👏
Anyone with any reservations, support your local business and get down to see John and his crew ..... you won't be disappointed both on service AND price !

Excellent service from Rigid Kitchens . I had a flood in my kitchen and the humidity caused the trip on the workshop to come off . I made a call to the office and spoke to Anna and an edging strip was found in the warehouse for me to pick up straight away . No charge . I was so relieved as the strip that came off was as you came in the kitchen door and was very noticeable. It looks as good as new now .
Thank you and well done for great service .

Great customer service from beginning to end. Competitive prices and the fitting was absolute top notch. I'm so happy with my beautiful, new kitchen. Thank you.

Great kitchen installation.. From start to finish Rigid have been first class. Great design ideas from John, and a top quality installation from the fitter Chris. Chris was hard working, punctual, kept us informed every step of the way and his eye for detail has resulted in a kitchen that exceeds our expectations. Thank you for a great job.

We are really pleased with our new kitchen. First class service throughout the process, John was really helpful with advice and the design, listened to what we wanted from our kitchen.
The fitters, Andy and Dean were excellent and nothing was too much trouble. Some new Electrics were added professionally by Dan and a new radiator and hob done by Steve.
Highly recommend this company.
Many Thanks
Mike and Kay ( Dosthill )

Rigid kitchens did a fantastic job from start to finish on my new kitchen, customer service was fantastic. They couldn't do enough to help.

We needed a lot of work done. Flooring, lighting, plastering aswell as a new kitchen. The Rigid kitchen Company arranged everything for us. We are very pleased with all the work. Electrician Nathan managed to sort out a previous electrical fault we had. Richard the plasterer did a very good job. Paul fitted us an excellent floor and sorted out an awkward slope we’ve had for years, he’s virtually made it disappear. Plumber Matt fitted a new loo and sink for us and concealed some pipe work that was a bit of an eyesore. We highly recommend our kitchen fitter Spencer, he is a perfectionist, he made sure that everything was fitted to a high standard.
We decided to go for a more expensive wood kitchen so we could change the colour in the future if we wanted. The price was great. We would’ve paid a lot more at Magnet and Wren. Our previous quotes were higher from these companies and they were for a less quality kitchen. Overall we definitely would recommend Rigid above any other kitchen company.

We moved into our home to a very tired worn out kitchen that had very few cupboards drawers and a small worktop.
We decided to visit Rigid Kitchens and felt confident to go ahead with the advice and quality of products on show.
John came to visit shortly after to measure up and discuss plans that would make our kitchen function in a way we didn’t think possible.
The fitters Dean and Andy arrived promptly each day. Their workmanship was perfect in every way and tidied the kitchen before they left.
We are thrilled with the finish quality of the units and all those involved from start to finish.
We have no hesitation to highly recommend The Rigid Kitchen Company and would like to thank you all very much for the fabulous result.

Rigid Kitchens are an absolute joy to work with - They helped me take my fledgling idea of a kitchen into something that is perfect for me. Every step of the way the team at Rigid Kitchens were not only happy to help me but attentive and could sort out any problems or queries that I had. The fitters were great and took pride in their work as well as being extremely respectful of my home, often going above and beyond to keep me updated about my progress and pace of the work.

Even the after care provided is superb - I would not look anywhere else in the future should I move and want to re-design my kitchen.

They gave us lots of helpful advice at the design stage and the space we have is now much more usable. The quality of the kitchen is great. Spencer did an excellent job with the fitting, real attention to detail. The coordination of the electricians, plumber, plasterer etc. was well managed to ensure the whole process ran smoothly. All of the team involved has been friendly, helpful and has done a really good quality, professional job.

We are really pleased with our new kitchen; it looks absolutely fantastic. We would not hesitate to recommend Rigid Kitchens.

From start to finish, we were hugely impressed with Rigid Kitchens. This is our second kitchen from this company (we moved house) and both times we have felt very confident that we are having the best service for a good price. Our kitchen was actually fitted while we were away on holiday and it was amazing to come back to a completed job where huge amounts of care and attention had been paid to getting it finished to a high quality. They’ve worked brilliantly with our builders and communication has been excellent, with adaptations to unforeseen circumstances being made with no fuss or bother. I’ve recommended this business to anyone who will listen - we think they’re wonderful!

Having heard so many good things about The Rigid Kitchen Company, we had no hesitation in approaching them when the time came to replace our kitchen. The whole process was faultless. From initial conversations and planning with John in the showroom and at our house, through to the outstanding team of electricians, plasterer and plumber, expertly lead by the meticulous Spencer, our experience far surpassed our expectations. Nothing was too much trouble - even though we made life difficult by needing to keep the same footprint (so as not to replace flooring), and we wanted a specific bespoke curve feature which caused a few scratching head moments. We are absolutely thrilled with our stunning new kitchen. It's everything we wanted and more. Thank you so much for the advice, the attention to detail, the craftmanship, the patience, the aftercare support, and for always being here when you said you would! You are the best!

We had a number of consultations with John for our new kitchen diner extension. John liaised with our builders (Whitehouse Building Services) in a seamless and productive way, making the whole process simpler. John also made site visits for final measurements as we were also having a utility room fitted out. John's in depth knowledge allowed us to make better creative choices that other high street kitchen outfitters didn't even notice. Once it was all ordered the fitting was done by the expert fitter Chris. Chris has a superb attention to detail and takes great pride in his work. His singing voice is almost on par with his carpentry skills. The kitchen was fitted in October 22 and a year later it's still in mint condition. I cannot recommend the company enough in all aspects. Any issues that did arise were dealt with swifty and professionally.

Excellent Company
We decided to go with Rigid Kitchens who are a local independent company as they had a good range of styles and finishes and our niece had a kitchen from them and was very pleased with it.

It was obvious from the start that they were very experienced and new exactly what they were doing. We amended the design many times, and they were very patient with us and suggested alternatives.

The fitter did an excellent job and was very accommodating.

Their after sales service is excellent and second to none.
Thank you Rigid Kitchens

We were recommended to The Rigid Kitchen Company and after our visit to the showroom, were completely sold on the idea of one of their amazing kitchens. John visited our home, told us what would work (and what wouldn't!) and came up with a plan. His advice was invaluable.
Dean and Andy were our fitters. They were fabulous, arrived early each day and tidied up before they left. Their workmanship and attention to detail is absolutely spot on.
As for our kitchen, from the design to the quality of the units, we are delighted. It isn't a large kitchen by any means but it works for us and looks stunning with a combination of Marine Blue base units/Light Grey wall units. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend The Rigid Kitchen Company. Thank you to everyone.

Rigid Kitchens nearly didn’t get our business because we couldn’t find the showroom on our first recce! We are glad we persevered and located them on a second visit to Shenstone as the professional service they provide is first class. The design process was carefully tailored to our needs and John’s advice extremely helpful. The fitters, Dean and Andy were brilliant. They were punctual, worked diligently and made sure the finished kitchen met our expectations. Nothing was too much trouble for any of Rigid’s staff and we are delighted with the finished result. We would recommend Rigid as the go to kitchen company to design, supply and fit your perfect kitchen. Martin and Euryl Bracey

Not an easy task but rigid have worked with us to help design a solution to our problems in the room and the small space we needed bespoke cupboards for. We are really happy with the result and the fitting was stress free, tidy and done super quickly! Thanks so much!
