I had a very disappointing experience with Rios.pk. I placed an order and made an advance payment, but when issues arose with the order, I faced significant difficulties in obtaining a refund.

The customer service experience was extremely poor. Despite multiple follow-ups, my concerns were not addressed satisfactorily, and communication was unprofessional and unhelpful. As a customer, I expected transparency, timely responses, and proper resolution of my issue, but unfortunately, none of these expectations were met.

Based on my personal experience, I would strongly advise potential buyers to exercise caution when making advance payments. I would not recommend purchasing from this company unless they significantly improve their customer service and refund handling process.

I hope the company takes customer feedback seriously and works on improving its services.

They sent me a used product. Ordered two lip and cheek tints, received one with broken seal and the blush stick with smudges of totally different colours as if been used for some other blush shades. Never got a response back when i tried to reach out to them!

I bought 3 products from this company. Paid via debit card. They sent me 2 items. When I emailed them regarding the 3rd item costing me Rs 539. They apologised that it wasn't posted because it was out of stock. I requested for refund to which I got no response to date. I will never trust this site again. I am utterly shocked with their unethical business practice.

I ordered 4 face washes from RIOS and was shocked to find that the expiry dates on all of them had been deliberately cut off. It’s clear this was done to hide the fact that the products are expired or close to expiry.

This is extremely unethical and dangerous, especially for skincare products that go directly on the skin. Trust is everything when buying online, and this experience completely broke mine.

I’ve reached out to the seller and hope they resolve this quickly, but I will definitely never ordering from them again.
