Been quite a time i have tried to use rithmic account on phone, and without buying a third party app, you basically cant. Rithmics Mobile App is in one word said, Terrible. Chart is not usual 1min, 5min etc. But you can only see previous 1min or 5min, candles are what ever they are. Poor execution route and managing route. In app itself you cant even check on charts correct price where you want to put your stoploss. Overall its seems to be not designed for trading at all. CQG provides a lot better mobile experience comparing to Rithmics toy app, HUGE dissapointment.

Ultimamente tiene muchos fallos, hoy sin ir mas lejos he abierto una operacion para que cuando el percio llegue a ese precio abra la operacion y cual ha sido mi sorpresa que bastante antes de llegar me ha cancelado la operacion y me ha satado un SL de 400$ dejandome la cuenta en negativo, opero con apex y ya me ha pasado alguna vez que llegando el precio a TP me ha saltado un SL, al principio creia que era culpa mia pero hoy he descubierto que no.Ya no se que hacer.

"Worst Trading platform" everything about the platform including the app falls significantly below acceptable standards. I have no further comments.

I m using R | Trader Pro Desktop and even though it might take a minute to get familiar with it , I find it very effective. With access to Mobile app I can monitor my trades and easily exit any positions.

Really like the ability to manage my own risk with Trader Risk settings. Support was very responsive and very helpful explaining each setting and how to configure correctly.

Also their R | Trader Pro Trade Copier is the best I've seen. Easy to configure and works really well.

Rithmic's Support team are friendly and genuinely want to help, I was impressed with their quick response times regardless of when I reached out to them and whatever questions I had was answered. I've rarely had problems with orders going through, and their Trade Copier now makes life so much easier. I will soon be trying out their R API

I have been using R | Trader Pro for a few months and found it be very reliable. Orders go through unbelievably fast and the app is easy to use.

I like the option to trade on the go and the Web and Mobile app are convenient if you want to trade or close any positions while away from the computer.

They are only ones who provide the entire market depth for a symbol. For products like ES, CL these may go to hundreds of levels as compared to others who may provide just top 5.

The people onboarding their fund-eval in-a-box product bend over backwards to help you get started if you want to get into the FCM space without hiring your own team of devs.

Great app and great support

I've been using Rithmic Trader Pro for trading and it does what it promises. The support dept. is super friendly and has a super-quick response time. Definitely recommend!
